Purchased a large box of biscuits to put into gift bags, to my horror found all the packs are out of date by 6 months and taste horrific, I called the company and nothing they can do!!
Advised them they need to write next to the product in big letter, OUT OF DATE!

Very happy. Quality. Arrived a day later than said, not quite 'next day delivery', but okay. Maybe don't over-promise and cut yourself some slack. No one will mind.

Normally I call to place my orders but I used the website, particularly as there was a discount on offer, and it was simple to use with good information about the products listed. I think the team at Allied are fantastic - always available for advice general enquiries and support. They are such a great company to deal with - the staff are a credit to them too.

Product was on back order but as soon as it was ready they shipped it so fast. :)

The communication was perfect. I ordered the BZ10 on a Sunday and received the usual automated reply with a receipt. On Monday morning I received an email confirmation from ADS confirming the order and telling me that the machine would arrive on a pallet the following day. Sure enough it came on Tuesday, well packed and in perfect condition. No problems with the machine. I am a happy customer. I chose to buy from ADS, because I did not want to deal with a drop box company. It cost a bit more to do it this way, but I have peace of mind. Well worth the extra money for the excellent service.

Cancelled my order with no explanation, same day I placed it. At least they refunded my card.

I received one email from this company with the invoice. I then received a second email asking me how well they performed in delivering the £1185 coffee grinder I ordered. I gave one star because the machine hadn’t then arrived.

Christmas closure was the issue and early in January my magnificent grinder arrived and works exceedingly well. I also received very apologetic and professional email from Harvey explaining the delivery problem.

So I changed my stars to 4. If there hadn’t been the mixup with the emails, it would’ve been five.
