Did not honour LTD. Bought a lifetime deal with them for video hosting, but Adilo has chosen to cancel it without notice to customers.

Just learned and confirmed via Adilo support, that they are not honoring the Lifetime Deal purchases. Hate to see them take advantage people like this. LTD's are the "lifetime" of the Software, not the lifetime of the desire to honor their obligation after taking peoples money. Software is still operational, so I can see some big issues in the future for this company unless they make this right via refunds or honoring their obligations. Not a good look!

I run an online video business teaching creative skills, and Adilo has helped me simplyfy my setup. I no longer need separate tools for hosting, screen recording, and basic analytics, it's all in one place. The video engagement reports help see how my students are interesting with the tutorials, and being able to add CTAs directly into videos is a nice bonus. It's not perfect, but for my use case, It's been working really well.

I didn't expect much at first, but the depth of features blew me away. You get video heatmaps, conversion tools, DRM, chapters, and interactive elements-without needing a dev team. Plus, the interface feels lightweight and responsive. It's one of those tools that rewards you the more you use it.

Okay so the dashboard was a bit much at first. So many menus and settings. It took me a weekend to really get it. But now my videos are organized in folders the player matches my brand and the adaptive streaming means no more buffering complaints. So yeah worth the initial effort.

We embed Adilo in our landing pages and the conversion popups work like magic. Viewers are already engaged and it's the perfect moment to capture their email. We doubled our leads in one campaign by switching the video host and adding there pre-roll sign-up form. Worth every penny.

I like Adilo's potential but some things feel half-baked. The uploader froze a couple of times when I was batch uploading, and subtitle syncing has been hit or miss. That said, playback quality is excellent and support actually responds. Hoping the next few updates smooth out the rough spots.

I moved from Loom because I wanted more branding options and better video privacy. Adilo checked those boxes for me. I can add my logo, set up custom domain, and restrict videos to specific invited people. The UI took a day to get used to, but it's been smooth sailing since

We needed a platform with DRM, team roles, video gating, and SSO. Adilo offered all that at a far better price than the "big names." We onboarded 70+ staff members last month and everything worked without a hitch. Viewer security policies were also a nice surprise

One thing I've noticed is they push updates pretty frequently, which is good... but also means things change often. I once logged in and couldn't find a tool I use daily because it moved tabs. Not a bing deal, but still. On the upside, it shows they're constantly improving the product.

Love almost everything about Adilo but the analytics dashboard feels limited. It shows engagement, but I’d love more granular data like heatmaps across multiple sessions or viewer drop-off per second. Still, it's a solid tool and does 90% of what I need.

We were spending a lot on Wistia until someone recommended Adilo. At first I was skeptical, but now I’m sold. We got their lifetime deal. Uploads are fast, embedding is flexible, and we even get detailed watch analytics, all at a fraction of what we were paying. Honestly, this is perfect for startups on a tight budget

I've been using Adilo for more than a year now, and I've probably contacted the customer support more than 25 times to fix some bugs or server issues. It has never - literally never - worked flawlessly for a full month so far. And some bugs are still there even though I've reported them half a year ago. Just frustrating.

Adilo offers ridiculous value for the price. I use it for all my videos and so far the streaming has been flawless.Uploads are quick, video playback is smooth, and the customization tools are solid. My only gripe is the dashboard, it works, but it’s a bit clunky in spots especially the video customization dashboard, it takes a little getting used to. That said, once you learn your way around, it does the job well.Definitely a smart buy, I will update my rating when they improve on their interface.

I got the agency account which gives me access to 100 user accounts and unlimited storage. Best decision ever. I wished they had a feature to Whitelabel the platform with my own branding, hoping they add that soon but so far, it's 5 stars for me.

Adilo clearly has the right foundation. I bought it for the annual promo deal and the feature list is impressive—video hosting, podcast hosting, lead capture, DRM, video editing, the works. But I’ve run into a few bugs here and there (the subtitles not updating after I make changes and the editor working only with the recorder, I thought it worked with all videos).
Support was polite and helpful, however they should prioritise fixing these little issues. It’s a great tool if you're patient, and I believe it’ll only get better with time.

One of my favorite Adilo features is the video request link. Total game-changer. I just dropped the link into our thank-you email sequence after purchase, and now customers are sending us video reviews without us even chasing after them which used to be the case.

We're now getting more UGC videos than we anticipated which has been really good for our social media ads. Love it. Simple but powerful.

I switched to Adilo about 3 months ago after getting tired of Vimeo’s swelling costs. Honestly, it’s been the smoothest transition. I use Adilo mostly for hosting course content and what I love most is how clean and customizable the video player is. I'm able to built interactivity between my video lessons at no extra cost... this has been the coolest feature for me.

So far I'm still waiting for their new recorder with advanced editor which they have promised and shifted the release date multiple times now.
