Addison Ross Recenzje

I ordered my first enamel frame on 25 June; it arrived two days later in a beautiful box, securely packaged. I was very impressed with the quality of the frame, so much so that I have since ordered a further two! I highly recommend these frames.

I placed an order in the US on June 2. The website says delivery in 5-7 days. The order has not shipped and no one responds to my emails. I ordered 4 items. I have an Addison Ross large navy scalloped tray that I received as a gift, and I love it. I’m so disappointed by the lack of service on this order (36026-us) because I was so excited to get more beautiful products.

Update-
I’m coming back to say that Addison Ross completely made this situation right. They refunded me for the products, and sent them anyway. The products are beautiful. I love my tray, my frame and my salt and pepper mills. I will continue to do business with them!

Excellent quality and beautiful photo frames!

Great customer service. There was an issue with delivery charges that was resolved straight away. When I received the silver picture frame it was really well packaged and the frame is high quality.

Looking forward to giving to my wife with our wedding photo for our 25th anniversary on 5th June

Very efficient service will definitely use again.

Printed photo was lovely - picture frame was nice but not quite as “solid” as I was hoping for a silver frame, but all in all I was very pleased with my purchase.

I spoke to Cathy & she couldn’t have been more helpful. Please thank her very much, frame arrived the next day, did have to pay of course. V v efficient. Thank you Piers

Always great service. Website easy to use and whole process from ordering to receipt of my order very straight forward & quick.
I ordered two frames-both beautiful! The Roya Blue Enamel frame is lovely and really suits my picture. Wonderful!

You need to re look at your website as what is shown is not sent to the customer
I bought a square frame and got a heart shaped one
VERY DISAPPOINTED
Your email confirms that the website is incorrect

The website was easy to navigate, select and order from; the order was sent very quickly. The frames are exactly what we wanted and had hoped for.

Very quick and efficient service. My picture frame was beautifully wrapped and packed. Very pleased with it .
Thank you

Fabulous customer service. Thank you so much.

A classic example of form over function... I was enticed by the great design and colours and would give them 5 stars for that, but the lacquer has started to chip away at the bottom of both grinders which is so disappointing. The plastic grinding mechanism is fine for the salt, but pepper should be metal and it just doesn't feel or sound right when grinding pepper.

Beautiful pepper grinder the watermelon is a fabulous colour
Fast delivery

I accidentally accused you of not delivering one of a multi product order. I then realised my husband had removed the “missing “item from the box before I had seen it. You were incredibly fast in replacing the “missing “ item and then when I “fessed” up you did not charge me for the replacement . No questions asked - and all very fast. Will definitely use you again x

I was very pleased with the quality of the photo frame and the speed of service was excellent.

These really are great frames , well made and enhance the photos.I keep buying more for myself and as gifts . Bought scalloped, wood and enamel with silver and gold !

Always a great service from Addison Ross. I’ve bought a few frames over recent years, both as gifts and for our home. Love that you have the option to include a photograph. Couldn’t recommend this Company more.

The photo I downloaded was not in the frame which was extremely embarrassing when the recipients came to open it as a christening gift. Also terrible communication about delivery dates- won’t be using again unless they compensate us somehow for the big let down
