This is our second time ordering from Adband and we love their selection of products and their service. The service reps are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Delivery right on time - well no not on time -actually early.

I shopped around quite a bit and Adband were very competitively priced. They had the exact equipment I needed and were helpful on the phones, they phoned me that day to check my order and let me know expected delivery dates.

The products arrived in good time and I called a couple of times and they were happy to check the status of my shipment for me.

I will definitely use Adband for my event stock again.

I was happy with the quick quotes and design changes.

However I have written sending two bands back for them to discuss as it turns out that the letters rub off on the bands we had made if you sleep with them on. I was hoping they would call back just to talk through a different style that may be more robust for future orders, but I haven't heard from them.

Good service, but hassles over delivery and payment of import duty to DHL. Was resolved to my satisfaction.

Great product. Good company with which to deal. Just need to keep a little eye out, as a customer, that the correct order details are processed, even if, as far as you are concerned, it is a straight duplication of the last order.

Easy to order and quick to deliver

I could make an order easily enough, although we didn't have time to make the lanyards branded, but I fully accept it was a timing issue on my behalf.

However, the night before the event, they had still not arrived by 7pm, and we had to run to staples to buy substitutes which cost almost £200. This was frustrating, but ultimately we had some - so crisis averted.

We didn't have the tracking number of the parcel - we called the office, who were helpful in that they contacted the delivery people, but I was told it would arrive by 5pm. At 5:30 there was no sign, so I called the Adband office back, and everyone had left. So we had no tracking number to continue trying to find it after they had all gone home.

The original ones we ordered arrived 5 days after the event. (over 10 days from when they were originally ordered)

Order was placed online I followed up with a call and sent a few changes that where required again followed up with call user experience very friendly.

arrived 5 days earlier just in time for our o2 roadshow, excellent.

A huge part of my job is to prepare and supply artwork ready for print. I've done it hundreds of times, so I know how to do it.

Imagine my surprise when Adband *insist* they are given the font names I used in the artwork as it has to be 'redrawn', despite my assurances that it was not necessary. After some back and forth Adband accepted that the supplied artwork was fine.

Then it took several requests to be sent an invoice, which used different information than what I entered through the online ordering process. The invoice and delivery address was switched. I even checked with a colleague who was present during the ordering process, who confirmed I had entered it correctly. Even then it was only a draft invoice and not something usable by our accounts team to pay for the order (which must always be in advance, and never through an account).

I approved the draft invoice without spotting the switched addresses, but later requested to swap them. At this point I was told the order had to be cancelled and re-done, which although only took two hours, somehow added two days to my estimated delivery date.

I look after all purchasing of this nature for my employer and will never give Adband another order, even if they are seem to provide the best value for money.

ADDITIONALLY: A few years ago I ordered some A6 pouches to hold an A6 handbook. The pouches delivered were of A6 size, rather than being able to fit an A6 book inside! Who would ever need the outer dimensions to be A6? Who would go to the expense and effort of making a book *slightly smaller* than A6?? This may have been a communication issue but there was no attempt on Adband's part to check this.

These bands are great. We needed something which will appeal to young carers, we knew leaflets were not the way ahead and went looking for something more appropriate.
We can now send out these bands to our network of young carers, and this will help us with making them feel a bit more connected to our service. We will also use them to introduce our services to new young carers.

I made my enquiry, was emailed back straight away to determine my exact requirements and the order was put in to place. Delivery was made within a couple of weeks and the products are as good as expected. No problems at all. Would use again.

As we are a residential centre we give keys out to everyone, during their stay with us.The lanyards are great nice and bright, easy to find and ensure that we don't loose so many keys!

never let me down always on time and on price

Excellent service and delivery time. I always come back each year because of the competitive prices.
However I was concerned with the quality this time. The band seems to have a different edge profile and two have torn in the short time that I have had them. Where as the last three years have been excellent, I have worn them constantly and they have never broken.
Feedback from friends is of similar experiences. It is important to us that they last as people collect these in memory of my son Lewis.

I found the experience with ad-band faultless. I was fairly awkward in my requirements with colours and delivery but your customer service was excellent and you led me easily through the process. The end result was fab, the bands are better than i expected. I will be using Ad-band in the future and have recommended them to others

The order line girl we spoke to was friendly and really helpful, and we got the exact bands we wanted. They were happy to do a bit of to-and-fro-ing on design and were patient as we made small tweaks. Delivery takes a while and prices crept up on the advertised web price though so use it more as a guide. Overall we were really pleased.
