Great customer service
Claire Sentino introduced the course very well - introduction was informative, succinct and Claire herself was very personable. Felt pressured from a sales perspective but given my interest in the course, persevered.

Unauthorised charges and broken promises of refund
I had multiple payments taken from my bank account incorrectly.
After finally managing to get a response from one individual (who has been brilliant throughout), I was advised that the quickest way to get my money back was via chargebacks. These were successful but I am still owed over £2500 for payments outside the chargeback process.
I have been told that I would receive the money on 4 separate dates but these have been and gone.
I even got a screenshot from the CFO apparently showing that I would be credited via BACS on 8 December but still no refund.
I have followed their process and escalated to their COO but I have heard nothing.
While this has been going on, I have been contacted several times by their sales team to get me to sign up again.
This has gone beyond a joke and I am taking legal advice on next steps. Anyone else in the same boat, please let me know.
Finally received the refund today but have also been asked by Actuate to remove this review
