I sent an email for instructions on how to put on the premium brace but you have not replied. Please answer my query and provide details on the brace. I used info@ email address and I have struggled to put the brace on. I have also struggled with help from my brother. Please help or provide refund.

I was uncertain as to how I had been charged for this item. My email enquiry was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly helpful way. The item was not suitable for my condition and I have received a full refund. I shall investigate other items in this company.

The top was too tight so I returned it
The top was too tight so I returned it. There was NO returns label or returns form in the parcel, so I printed and completed the on-line returns form and put it in the parcel which I returned to the return address .
You took payment of £79.95 on 29 April.
I have certificate of posting dated 04/05/2023

We are very sorry that you had an unfortunate experience with our returns system. We never send a return label or form with the parcel as we want to save paper from being sent out and not used, we therefore offer our online solution :-)

Excellent customer service!
Won't be able to comment on the efficacy of the zipped posture vest for some time but customer service is second to none. Originally sent under the wrong postcode and "returned to sender " it was reissued and sent out to me immediately without quibble and received within 24 hours.
