Very happy with the service from the product to the customer service team

Placed an order about 8 wks ago. It hasn’t arrived. I emailed almost a month ago to be told it was due to be restocked in 2-3 wks and it would be sent straight away. Emailed again this week to be told the same. I’ve jst checked the website and it says in-stock, deliver in 1-2 days, along with a preorder button. The only communication so far has been in response to my emails (2 out of three enquiries). If the items ever arrive I’ll update my review. I have ordered from here before, several years ago, and I don’t remember this being a problem.

My original order went astray but this was replaced very quickly by the customer support team

I made a mistake with my order and had to chase up a change. It was easy, Hadiqa in customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. My order arrived perfectly and quality seems great.

Outstanding Customer Service.
I purchased a Posture Shirt and received my order promptly. I was impressed by the quality of the item but unfortunately it was not the right fit. The return process was easy and the refund notice was received very shortly after the return shipment was confirmed. Many thanks to Hadiqa’s for their assistance.

Worst customer service ever! Keeps asking to provide all bank info, paypal, etc. And yet still no refund issued!

Excellent product delivered on time ! Appreciated quick response when wanted to exchange 1 of the vests for the next size up, having ordered a medium wanted one at a large size also! Done with no fuss in good time. Thank you for your great service & product!

When I received what I had ordered I found that I needed to exchange for a larger size. The process of returning for an exchange was very straightforward and within days of returning I received the larger replacement. Excellent customer service you could teach a lot of companies how to do it. Thank you

Very good customer service from Medita when my purchase did not arrive via Royal Mail. She sent a replacement which is very comfortable to wear and helps you to remember to pull your shoulders back

Good customer service but took a long time to receive the parcel as the first was lost by Evri. The second was still sent with Evri and I was lucky to get it as it was still delivered with no care. I do wish they would give you the option of using a different service.

I ordered from Active Posture and realised afterwards that I’d picked the wrong size. I emailed their support team quite late, expecting to hear back the next day, but Medita replied really quickly and fixed the size for me without any fuss.

She was friendly, clear and genuinely helpful. It honestly felt like someone was actually paying attention rather than sending a generic response. My order was updated straight away and is already on the way.

2. Hear nothing further for 10 Days.
3. Inquire as to where my goods are.
4. Cancel my order without explanation.
5. Send an explanation saying out of stock and not likely to get back in stock either.
6. Where is my refund and thanks for wasting my time!

Great products, the bra is so comfy and gives a nice bit of feedback around the ribs so I know where they are!
