Easy and very efficient booking process

I have purchased both a Brit rail pass and Eurail pass from ACP rail and have been extremely pleased with their service. On both occasions I have had questions and sent an email to their customer services, which I have always had an answer within the working day (there are many hours difference in time between South Africa and Canada). Both are excellent products and Eurail has to be used with its own APP. The APP takes a little getting used to but is extremely good for planning journeys and taking delays into account. There are many You Tube blogs on Eurail/Interrail APP that can help, and I passed my comments onto Eurail/Interrail that asked for a separate review.

Good- I finally was able to make the transaction, after much trial and error, because I did not initially realize the website would not take transactions on Safari. Google Chrome works best.

Slow senior experience was good
Bailout ability good and could have been more flexible in number of days booked so far out?
how about a flexi-pass on number of trips taken? ie 4-6 trips over number of days?
I'm booked so all good except for exact timing?

The way I was getting around this site with few problems. I'm computer challenged and did just fine.

It is very confusing with all the passes you can get on the UK rail system. I want to go from the Heathrow airport to Bath, next day Stratford upon Avon, the following day back to London. Did I buy the right pass? That is why I gave you a 3 and not a 5.

We've used you several times so we know the routine.
The only problem we have is when using the pass; the scanners at UK rail stations usually fail to read the pass, so we must exit via the ticket collector.
And consecutive passes don't have the pitfalls inherent in the flex passes (re date selection - this needs re-programming)
