ACIS offered a wide variety of tour options for our trip Costa Rica in 2024. The itinerary was interesting, and I really liked the service component. I felt that communication about expectations about different parts of our trip could have been better, but overall, they were a good company to work with, and I am traveling with them again this spring.

I've led two student tours and attended one global conference with ACIS, and I couldn't have been happier with my experiences. Every member of the team has been supportive, responsive, and flexible with a wide variety of requests and needs. I can't speak highly enough about our program consultant, Beth, who has spent countless hours on the phone with me teasing out itinerary options and adjustments. Their tour managers are also incredible
- deeply knowledgeable guides, exceptional advocates for their groups, and overall just FUN people.
I am particularly impressed with ACIS' response to a student medical emergency. They went above and beyond to ensure the student's treatment and comfort despite significant hurdles in a remote location, and they called multiple times to check in until the student had recovered. Their service would be worth its weight in gold for this reason alone.

I looked in to a few different travel companies. ACIS may not be the cheapest, but they are the best. I have been incredibly impressed with their staff. The lodging, food, cultural experiences, and tour guides are phenomenal. They have a wide array of itineraries and the ability to customize to meet your group's needs. After traveling with them for years, they have earned my respect with how they conduct their operations.

I have been traveling with ACIS as a group leader/assistant group leader for over 20 years now, and I highly recommend them for educational group travel. Our school attended the Paris, Provence, and Barcelona tour, and from start to finish, it was an absolute success.

We especially loved being in the city centers, which allowed our students to truly experience the culture and energy of each location. The accommodations, meals, and tour schedule were all top-notch, well-organized, and thoughtfully planned.

Our tour manager, Servane, was phenomenal—her knowledge, professionalism, and warmth made a lasting impression on everyone. As a French native, she brought a personal touch and deep insight to our experience in France.

Our Bell' Italia trip was very well planned. From start to finish we did and saw so much - a great experience for my students. Our tour manager, Lara Corner, who has much experience in her role, was truly phenomenal in marshaling our group through the trip: dealing with all the logistics of getting museum tickets, negotiating at restaurants and hotels, speaking Italian to the bus driver, and more. Lara even helped me plan an impromptu trip to Trastevere after dinner one night. Lara alleviated any concerns I had during the trip.
I thought the hotels were well located near the main destinations in Rome, Florence and Venice. And the hotels were very comfortable and provided hearty breakfasts. I wish that we had had about an hour or so more in Pompeii, but otherwise the itinerary was a good balance of sight-seeing and free time. Can't wait to plan the next adventure!

I just got back from the Greeks and Romans trip with 22 students and two other assistant group leaders. Our flight from Rome to Chicago was delayed, then cancelled, then delayed again. There was no way we would make any connecting flights from Chicago to Green Bay. I had a contact in the Rome office and one in the US office who helped me every step of the way and did everything humanly possible to get us back. There was another group traveling with a different company who got limited support and had to organize transportation on their own. This experience solidified my choice in ACIS. I will never travel with another company!!!

The hiccups aside, this company plans out everything and asks for input before, during, and after the trip. Everything is tailored to the group's needs as much as possible. It's so worth the money for peace of mind!

She was very knowledgeable, responded quickly to any questions, and worked with me to offer the best experience to my students.
