Bad customer service
I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free deal and they sent me the wrong pair of glasses. I sent them a message to try and correct the issue but they didnt reply and then i tried again a week later and still nothing. Not very good customer service.

I ordered these shades a week ago, they arrived really quick. They’re really high quality and look exactly like the pictures. The sizings of the shades are perfect and the customer service was great when I was asking questions about this.

Unprofessional. no order confirmation was sent to me and now im getting emails from evri that are attempting to deliver to the wrong address because you guys got my door number wrong when i put my correct one in my shipping address so This was an error on your behalf also I tried to contact you guys but never received a response. edit: they reply to this review and talk about getting in touch but ive tried many times and have not gotten a reply, they really dont care.

They purchase all their glasses from SHEIN for £3-£4 and then sell them off for £13 on their websites. Just head over to Shein for the exact same product but cheaper.
