I ordered shoes for next day delivery to wear for an event. Unfortunately they didn't arrive on time due to Evri courier!! Also I am sure I ordered a 6 my normal size but was sent a 5!!

Very disappointed with Richmond branch

I picked up some flip flops which I ordered online, they were giant, though I ordered a S, plus cheap looking. The staff refused to issue a refund because I had not my cc with me, which I used for the online purchase. I had other cards and identification, but they remained unbendable. Very poor, I am a frequent customer, but ll now think twice ordering. I want my money back!

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the product and frustrated by your experience in store. We appreciate this was inconvenient, particularly as you had identification and alternative payment cards with you at the time.

However, for security and fraud-prevention reasons, all refunds for card purchases must be returned to the original payment card used for the transaction. Unfortunately, our store teams are unable to make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

Very bad customer service &horrible lady

Very bad customer service , horrible lady commented on my perished mum, very amazing products love the products horrible lady i was going to buy a ring but the lady made me sad so i didnt buy it for my fiance . Not impressed. 1/5 stars

Easy to order

Easy to order, had to collect from Rushden when living in Northampton was a bit of a pain wish npton still had Thier shop. I.e petrol getting over there but got in the sale so saved a bit. Staff very helpful and extra off if we spent in the store on the day as we did click collect. Staff very quick to find order & very friendly. Would order again. Thank you

Next day delivery is not next day

I ordered an item for next day delivery, expecting it to arrive the next working day, which would have been Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon it was still not showing as out for delivery with Evri, and what's more my Evri email said it had been sent as standard service. I had ordered a handbag for a Wedding outfit for the weekend (hence needing it delivered that week), so I phoned customer service. Despite the fact it clearly wasn't going to be delivered that day, the person I spoke to told me she couldn't ask Evri to stop and return the item until the day after it should have been delivered, and to phone again the next day if it hadn't come. When I phoned around Midday the next day (Thursday), she told me it was now probably too late to do a stop and return?! I ended up having to order another bag with a different company, which thankfully did actually turn up as next day. The order has just appeared this evening (Monday), a full six days after I placed a next day delivery order, and I now have all the hassle of having to return it, plus waiting for a refund, as the event I planned to use it for has been and gone.

Lovely gold leather bag

Lovely gold leather bag, even better with 20% off! Has long strap for cross body, as well as short one for shoulder. Seems good quality and not ‘too’ gold-y.

Thank you for getting in touch.

We can confirm the item in your order has been marked on your order as 'Unable to Fulfil' and therefore cancelled. An email advising you of this was sent at the time of cancellation.

We are truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this and this only occurs when our team are picking items for orders to be shipped.

Therefore, your cancellation notice will occur when and if other items are being shipped to you. Sadly, until shipped no online order is 100% guaranteed hence why payment is not physically taken from the customer until despatch, these funds are ring fenced by your bank and held by them.

The item was most likely confirmed as in stock at the time, however during the packing process we have found this item to be unavailable. It is a common process which can occur with any online retailer and tends to be more common during busier sale period due to the high volume of orders being placed.

As this item has not been dispatched, as mentioned, rest assured you have not been fully charged as we only charge upon despatch, therefore any pending funds held by your bank will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days (this will not show as a refund). Please note this timeframe is dependant on your banks policies. This is also stated on your cancellation email.

As no payment has been taken for your order we're unable to offer an alternative option.

Once again, we are terribly sorry for any upset or inconvenience caused by this matter.

This is a great company and it’s been…

This is a great company and it’s been around for years! They are obviously doing something right!
They have a good selection of holiday items and accessories I ordered a couple of items and I must say the quality is very good for the price! Somehow they have continued to provide quality over quantity!
