Money taking too long to reflect

I transfered money from my standard bank account to my Mukuru card through Access bank on the 30th of May 2023 five days later and am still waiting for it to reflect in my so called account. Called Mukuru SA to enquire and the rules with EFTs are so ambigous. Judging by the reviews here its access bank has a moral culture deficit and its spreading accross their footprint. My own situation relates to South Africa

Access Bank is confirmed as the worst…

Access Bank is confirmed as the worst bank in Nigeria. How could you send emails and no response, not even an auto-responder in place? Shameful access bank. I made numerous complaints of how I have fleeced by a group of people who asked me to send money for crude oil transactions that never materialise into anything. I am now demanding a chargeback because I never got a return on investment as promised. A greater proportion of the fund I was swindled of was paid to some of their customers who have now disappeared into thin air. Do not bank with them. I even contacted their Uk office as well with not response.

Access bank is currently the worst bank…

Access bank is currently the worst bank in Nigeria to either do business with or do business without. They have criminal staff operating within the bank FX department I transfer FX funds of 850USD plus 45USD never got until my writing, they kept telling me different stories.

Access Bank is the worst of all banks…

Access Bank is the worst of all banks in Nigeria. I have been calling for over three months to open a diaspora account. I finally received one form after three weeks of calling and another two weeks later. I filled out all the forms on the computer, printed them out, and signed them by hand. Access Bank is still operating 1980s style. After three months, the account officer finally reached out to me, asking me to print all the forms I had sent more than six times, fill them by hand, and DHL them to Nigeria before the account could be opened. I don’t trust that all my documents will not be used for any fraudulent activities by those bunch of illiterate and crooked staff. Kudos to Zenith bank; they took care of the business within one week.

This usually happens anytime I loaded my account with funds they continue where they stop!!!

Almost every day I got debit alert small small amount 150# 250# some for FG ok let's I'm now paying salary to federal government while I never chop there Kobo for once,some for electric maintenance fine, I used to transfer money to another bank they will debit me and Will not credit the other after making complaint for several times they do nothing!!!
Still get mind debit me 536# y'day for Sms fee what kind of nonsense is this?!!!!
They're still owing me 3300# which I only remember I requested for payback but it seems I'm making my report to the deaths.
This is unfair!!

Truly an awful institution lacking in human decency

Truly an awful institution. When my father passed away every single one of the financial institutions I contacted (over 20) was very helpful with the process of providing the information for the Grant of Probate, with the exception of this one, who made the process far more complicated and time consuming than it needed to be.

This delayed the Grant of Probate by several months, causing a huge amount of distress to my bereaved mother. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. Your relatives will struggle to get it back should you sadly pass away.

Good day

I would like to know on which platform I can make my complains. My father applied for a loan in Access Bank Zambia 4 weeks ago. They keep requesting for documentation he has sent numerous times to the bank. This loan is supposed to be a refinancing loan and its affecting his running facility that is supposed to be refinanced. The branch manager does not answer calls, the credit department is requested for documents that were already sent. This is honestly frustrating

The absolute worst bank in the world

The absolute worst bank in the world. Resolution to issues are almost nonexistent. They mess with your account, card at will. The customer reps are incompetent/unknowledgeable with a lackadaisical attitude towards their job. The app is an absolute mess that running basic tasks requires you calling same incompetent staff to handle simple issues which by the way, would never get resolved but you get an email saying “case closed/resolved” Lol. Coming from a former Diamond bank (lovely bank) user, I’m simply appalled as this is the worse merger in the world.

I recharged to my Glo line (#1000)…

I recharged to my Glo line (#1000) through access bank which I use. I got a debit alert but didn't receive the airtime on my phone. I complained to access bank they didn't do anything about it. I didn't get a refund from access bank. Access bank is not doing well at all

Worst Bank Ever!

Take your money and run! I have lost over $700 to access bank that was never recovered. Then recently it happened again and this time if they don’t return my money I will sue them for much more! They also disabled my card without my consent and haven’t been able to rectify that at all. If you depend on this bank it’s just a matter of time before the royally screw you over! If you know what’s good for you RUN!!!

I n my life I can never Ask my Enemy to open Access bank Account,they are scammer,I open new Account with them and I subscribe for there Exclusive card 1 month that cost 6,400 naira which they promised the card will be available withing 3 business day,since September 21 ,I got the card on December 13 to make use of the subscription but it has late ,the second day I got the card I was debited 7,400 the next day I was still debited 7,400 making 3 times ,when chat with them I was told that those debit was for pending subscription which they don't provide the service Service of 3 days reach 3 month

I don't like their security services

I like their staffs, they are nice to work with, but their security are the worst I have ever mate firstly u have to collect number before u enter the bank. But know that, that is when they find u not attractive or uncomfortable.
Or if they think you are not here to drop something huge.

Dear Sirs

It seems that I have been scammed of N1,500 by Access Bank. Access Bank charged me N1,500 for Token Activation since 16 November 2021 and I understand that this should take minutes but as at today 22 November 2021 I have not received the token neither has my supposedly account manager, Chukwuemeka, responded to my email.

I have been deprived of the use of my bank account for over two years by Access Bank and have spent thousands of Naira trying to regain control of my bank account but it seems that Access Bank is determined to prevent me from using my bank account.

I may now have to resort to other means in trying to get this matter resolved.

Chukwudi Iloamaga of Abakaliki branch does not deserve to be a banker.
If inviting female customers to his house and they refuse to come makes him give them bad treatment and not attend to them the way he should, then Access bank should be ready to loose there customers.
