I'm a very grateful customer of Acceptance Insurance
I have been a customer of acceptance insurance for years. I regularly make my payments to the location on Davis hwy in Pensacola Fl. Cynthia and Tracy are the best. I went into the office today to make a payment. I was having a really bad morning and was feeling low. These two women always go above and beyond with the customer service they have provided for me. They not only ensure I'm getting the best rates, they show concern for me. I'm not just a number there. They helped me with my problem and made my day. When I left I had no doubt in my mind I was getting the best coverage. Acceptance Insurance would not be acceptance insurance without these two ladies!

Well I have no problem with Acceptance…
Well I have no problem with Acceptance but the sir company stinks.If you 1 day late they cancelled your policy or charge you a fee of 10.00.Well this is highway robbery.I think they should revive their policies

Very knowledgeable and quick setup from my agent. The gentleman went above and beyond to get me the best rate. Everything was seamless and stress free. He even provided me with insightful information on how he actively relooks at the policy often with efforts to keep and lower your policy based off your good driving history. In todays world where every business seems to be grossly greedy and careless his efforts really made me appreciate my choice to be a customer and made me feel great that their still trustworthy people out there.

I was assisted in a decent time frame my agent thoroughly looked for the best quotes and provided me with all documentation needed and emailed straight to my car finance company so I didn’t have to stress and I was on my way to work no problem thanks to Tay and her team agent love their professionalism with a smile
