I appreciate the website as it was very easy to go through all steps to complete our purchase. With this being a task I inherited unexpectedly, I did have questions, so I simply emailed their customer support department and received a response within one hour from a very helpful and informative representative (Bryan R.) who expertly and patiently answered by subsequent questions for three straight days without hesitation.

The whole experience was made so easy to do, i was expecting jumping through a bunch of hoops to get big prizes, it was not like that at all.

Brad's availability for helping with issues is immediate. This week, we had our first Hole-In-One - one of the gift certificates, not the
$10-grand. Taking me thru the Gift process personally, Brad made a moderately complicated process easy. Which is resulting in happy members.

I had to order the Hole One insurance a week before the tournament and they did everything possible to make sure that I got everything in time not only did that but they made a last-minute change. They were kind and courteous and did everything to make sure I got whatever I needed.

We had a wonderful experience with US Hole in One for our Invitational. Their team was always available to answer our questions and made the process easy from start to finish. The morning of our tournament I called with a last-minute question and was pleasantly surprised to learn that because our turnout was lower than anticipated, our top prize winnings actually increased. Have not been able to get them on the phone for days. I just get put on eternal hold. I need to know what sort of paperwork is needed to certify the witnesses for a hole in one (both main prize and bonus prizes). I need this so I can prepare the witnesses and be prepared to submit for the prizes. There is no information about this on the web site and I cant examine the forms to submit a win until after the event! Extremely poor customer service.
