United States Postal Service (USPS) Recenzje 

My package has been sitting in the Chicago distribution center since Dec 5th originally to be delivered to Somonauk on Dec 7th still not here on Dec 10th. One hour away from Chicago terrible service yet they are raising their rates????? Don't you think you should earn that right? I have notified Brome that unless they use FedEx I will be buying from another vendor... Do you jobs then ask for money! Very unprofessional and SLOW service!

My Letters and packages are continuously routed and rerouted north south east west and then finally, sometimes, makes it to the destination

USPS is the worst when it comes to making deliveries. They refuse to delivery packages to my home under the excuse of the hidden driveway being dangerous to drive. Yet, UPS, FED EX, and Amazon drivers have driven in and out with little to no trouble, depending on the season. USPS has a habit of dropping my packages off at a neighbor's house. Said neighbor who has dementia. The last time this happened, his caretaker almost got hurt trying to retrieve my package from him. My last two packages have gone missing. I'm upset over this due to that costing me $130 total. After addressing the first missing package to USPS, they finally decided to start leaving delivery slips in my mailbox for items too big for the mailbox. This is something they should have been doing from the start. I'm rather upset they didn't bother to reimburse me for their failure to properly deliver my packages.

The POSTAL SERVICES DELIVERY PERSONNEL are very unprofessional and DISHONEST causing a lot of missing/lost packages to the residents of the building where I reside!
I'm a DISABLED PERSON and this situation is affecting my health tremendously!
I have reported this issue several times to the US POSTAL SERVICES directly and I was assured that this won't happen again but it is still happening nonstop! This is ABUSE and has to stop immediately! Please!

Ups or FedEx is worth the extra cost.

3 days late again, it's like this every single time and it gets so far away for some reason and then comes all the way back.
It used to be an hour away at the distribution center and no goes about 8 hours before coming back to the same distribution point every time

I would give it zero stars if allowed

Dishonest, disrespectful staff! Defund the post office!

Remember, 1 star is -0- stars as it is the lowest possible score. 1 week for a priority package between 2 major cities & still not here.

I paid for a false invoice from Better Health International
for 246 USD /278 USD/3370 SEK
regarding customs for shipment to Sweden.

For such orders I ALWAYS pay for customs and taxes
to the Swedish company POSTNORD.
This time I did pay 5450 SEK for this order with another tracking number.
I have had such orders about 30 times
without such a false extra invoice.

I want this money back for this false invoice sent from Better Health International.

The website is terrible, nothing ever works, customer service is awful, and on top of that, shipping costs more if you send from the office. It's all frustrating

Awesome experience will on the phone with USPS.
After being locked out of my postal account I was prepared for the worst. That di not happen.
I was put on hold and able to choose from 5 different music genres. That’s a Wow!
Then my phone call was taken in the first song. Another wow!
The person helping went through some hoops with me and stayed on the line to make sure everything set up ok. Seriously, I was blown away.
The person was helpful, courteous and professional.
It was an amazing experience.

The most rubbish service even i dont want to waste my time with review

Horrible service, these clowns have no clue how to manage or even deliver the mail or packages. Ive had packages that were as close as 10 miles away just to be sent all the way back across the country 2000 miles away. Then lost for weeks! Need to get rid of the USPS completely and start over with a company that knows how to do the job right the first time. This has happened to many many many times.

I am sick to my stomach with USPS - I purchased some items from Macy's on 11/25/23 and all were delivered as always by USP to my door except for this package
Today, I got the email that it was delivered by USPS and nothing is in the mail BOX and no key was left for the locker?????? I NEED THE USPS IN PFLUGERVILLE OR WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DELIVER THE SHOES FROM MACY'S - WHO EVER TOOK IT, OR STOLE THE PACKAGE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO OUR MAIL BOX. The post office has lost all respect, not trusted and ABSOLUTELY NOT CREDIBLE.

I wish In can give zero starts USPS International Priorty is the worst. Do not use this service again. I paid 80$ to ship a document from USA to india.. it has been 10 days. They advertize saying 3-5 days - It is just a marketing gimmick. Poor tracking or simply no tracking. going to file a complaint with Attorney general office for robbing my money. If i had sent the mail by ordinary post, it would have reached by now. It is a shame. USPS Sucks big time
