Our USP is that we only sell new watches and even if a brand or watchmaker makes large production runs, we only list their limited edition or unique timepiece references. I was apprehensive when I first came across about timepieces as they appeared to be a fairly new company... I had no reason to be!! Gavin was and is a fantastic person to deal with, always available on the phone and always willing to offer his advice and services whenever I had a query. He has gone out of his way to help me on more than one occasion when he had nothing to gain by doing so, I would make a purchase from about timepieces again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Dealing remotely has never been more smooth. Outstanding (I'd say the best I've ever experienced) communication speed and detail via Gavin. The watch is even more spectacular than I expected - a huge plus considering About Timepieces designed it themselves!
