Exceptional service
Mark explained the process really when and kept asking if we had any questions about what he had told us. He answered everything we asked.

Everything made simple
I chose ABC for a business car lease after they came up with the best price on a comparison site, and in the end they followed through with not just good value but great service as well.
Knowing that cheap prices don't always equal great service, I didn't have high expectations, but right from the start the person dealing with my account (Toby) was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure the experience was seamless. He always reached out first via phone (a good human touch!) and followed up with emails confirming what we'd spoken about, or, if I hadn't been able to take the call, a clear and useful explanation.
Once the lease was in place, all the other pieces just fell into place right up until the car was delivered on time and as promised.
All in all I can say I am very happy!

Outstanding service from Ashton
We recently took out a lease hire on a Kia Ceed 1.5T GDi ISG 138 GT-Line 5dr, and from start to finish Ashton has been excellent to deal with. From the very first conversation he was clear and concise, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.
