First time leasing
From start to finish Toby kept us up to date and checked in with us to see that all was going well - our only issue which wasn’t the company’s was to do with our insurance with Marks and Spencer’s , they said they don’t insure lease cars and that was on the day the car was delivered!! Had to start ringing round for another! Just to make other people aware if this is the first lease like it was for us.
Couldn’t fault the lease company

Stellar Service, Beautiful Car
Absolutely stellar experience leasing the car. My contact point was Toby and throughout he was super responsive and very approachable for any and all questions I had such that for somebody like me who was leasing a car for the first time, the whole experience was super simple. Leading up to the delivery date, he ensured I knew everything and even after delivery called me up to ensure everything was to my liking. The car was delivered clean and new so all in all I would highly recommend Acorn (and in particular Toby) and if I ever I need to lease again in the future, I know where I'll be going.
