I live in Bangkok, but was on a business trip to UK and arranged for the shoes to be delivered to the hotel. Great selection. High quality and (importantly) as seen on website. On time, good service. Purchased two pairs of Crocket and Jones shoes, both were exactly as described. Both in very good condition, and excellent value. I was originally quite hesitant to buy used shoes, however I would certainly buy from Abbots again. Shoes were ordered on the evening of the 14th August, shipped on the 15th and received on the 17th August. Arrived very well packaged via a tracked delivery.

If you are thinking of buying shoes from Abbots I would recommend emailing them, to get fitting advice, particularly if purchasing shoes from an unfamiliar brand, or just to check a particular shoe last is right for you.

This is such a good idea Abbot deserve every success with it. Nearly new, barely new and actually new high-end shoes at discounted prices. It's the ideal solution for those of us who love the brands but can't afford full price. And buying recycled shoes helps the planet too.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Abott's. The shoes were a good quality brand and were in perfect condition but sadly didn't fit me quite right. Abott's arranged the return and refund promptly and without any fuss. I have also sold them a few pairs of shoes. Again I have found them very easy and straightforward to deal with. Good reliable website for quality brands of second hand footwear.
