My experience has been very easy from the very beginning. Phone calls and Emails have been responded to promptly. Melissa and Emma have been extremely efficient and helpful with the process running smoothly. I received my Aligners within 3 days after fabrication was complete. Ready to start my journey.

I never thought having straighter teeth…
I never thought having straighter teeth would be an option for me. Particularly via aligners! But with Bitesoft/Aalto I was able to finally have a smile that I can be proud of and not hide!

Super easy and straight forward, everything is marked out for you and your journey. As long as you stick to getting your scans in on time and wear your retainers as supposed to, everything is smooth sailing. Easy company to work with, have recommended them to friends and family. Super happy with the outcome of my teeth.

Great Stuff
I had braces growing up and i remember snapping that wire behind my top row of teeth eating an apple and didn’t have it replaced. In under a year my teeth had returned to their former self. These retainers have since straightened my teeth and kept them straight for like 5 years now i think.

Loving my new smile!
Aalto has been great to deal with, I have been wanting to get braces for many years. The affordability and the connivence of doing everything from home has made this possible. I am a little of half way through my treatment. Bottoms are done and almost finished the top. It has definitely given me a huge confidence boost already and love smiling where I use to hide it.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Aalto so far. The team has been professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout my treatment. They’ve always been quick to answer questions and explain everything clearly, which has made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I have only just started my teeth…
I have only just started my teeth straightening journey with Bitesoft (now Aalto). If I knew this process would be so easy, I would have started it sooner.
Mel and Emma have been incredible. From the first initial teams meeting to now, they have been so supportive.
The at home scans and easy to do. I still have 11 months ahead of me, but I am so excited to see the end result.

Overall would recommend to a friend. I’d recommend going into the dentist for the initial scans. Few hiccups along the way but the support team were super helpful and got everything sorted for me
