I am satisfied with my results from Bitesoft/Aalto so far. I have finished my treatment however I do require refinements as the finished result isn’t quite what I wanted. The team have responded to my questions/requests fairly quickly and were helpful when booking my initial dentist appointment. The DentalMonitoring app is very easy to use and I like that there is a direct messaging option.

Easy process from start to finish!
The process has been easy, customer support team are responsive and friendly and the scan box scanner made it so easy to send in my progress shots. I’m now in refinements stage and Aalto has made this process easy.
The aligners have worked well, I had attachments added to my teeth by one of their partner dentists to help some of my teeth move. 10/10 recommend!

5 Stars for Complex bite
I had an excellent experience with my aligners. Not only did it take less than half the time estimated for Invisalign, the price was over half less! It was easy to use and there was constant support. I am so incredibly happy with my smile thank you !!! (I had to have attachments as well due to the complexities of my bite and the process was so easy).

Extremely pleased with my experience so…
Extremely pleased with my experience so far! I just completed 4 months of aligners. The process was very smooth starting out with the at home kit, aligners arrived quickly, and you receive a prompt response from the dentist after submitting the scans each fortnight. The end result matched the treatment outcome I was expecting, however there were still a few tweaks I wanted to make. I reached out to the team and they reviewed my case and referred me to a clinic to take some scans and have the required IPR so that there was more room to rotate one of my teeth. Best of all I didn't have to pay for the IPR or refinement aligners, as Bitesoft covered those.
The partner clinic who did the IPR was great, and they seem to have a good relationship with bitesoft as they were very comprehensive with their explanation of my treatment moving forward.
I previously straightened my teeth with another company years ago, but they shifted back after not wearing my retainers consistently. My experience with bitesoft has been 100X better than the previous company I used, and others I have consulted with.

Great remote care
I have had a really good experience. The whole process has been really easy, from the initial impressions, to the in clinic appointments and at home scans. I am on my final stages now, just a refinement for one tooth that didn’t quite make it to the finish line. I’ve always been answered promptly if I have any questions by email from the team but also on the dental monitoring app. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend Aalto if you’ve been thinking about straightening your teeth. I wish I did it sooner! I am in NZ and there have been no logistical issues for me, even got a clinic which wasn’t too far away from where I live. Overall very convenient and easy experience :)

At home treatment with the treatment box was so handy! Just upload the scan once a fortnight for the dentist to review. Communication was easy, and at the end you really do see the difference
