Highly recommend the team at Aalto (was BiteSoft when I first signed up). My aligner treatment did end up running a bit longer than the original timeline we anticipated, but I’m really happy with the final outcome and it was well worth it in the end. The staff have been consistently helpful, super responsive, and lovely to chat to throughout the whole process. Great local Aussie business to deal with.

Really good communication and quite affordable

Update: I left a review here before, but it needs updating given how much this has deteriorated since.

My aligner treatment finished on schedule, but within a month of getting bonded retainers fitted, my teeth started moving, despite being told bonded retainers alone would be enough. Months of delays followed, then three more months of corrective treatment.

Since then, I've been sent two separate replacement retainers for my upper arch, and both have failed to fit because they don't account for the wire fitted to my teeth, even after I paid for another scan myself trying to get it right.

An independent dentist has since confirmed the treatment isn't finished, there's still significant work needed to get the result I was promised, quoted at roughly $7,800 and 18 months of additional treatment. He also raised concerns about the retainer wire used, linked to exactly the kind of movement I experienced, despite being told this wouldn't happen.

I lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading, this is on file if anyone else would like to add to it from their experience.

I'm now pursuing a formal refund and considering QCAT. Over a year on, I've paid for a result I still don't have.

Seamless experience from start to finish!

The customer service has always been super helpful, whilst on my aligner journey any question or worry I had was replied to in a very timely manner. As this is a new experience for most people I found great comfort with the communication.

For anyone who is self conscious about their teeth and wants to do something about it. This is a great alternative to the massive upfront cost, frequent trips to the dentist to have braces.

Really happy with my experience with Aalto so far. The process has been smooth from start to finish, communication has been quick and helpful. Would recommend to anyone considering clear aligners.

I previously did my teeth with them and LOVED them as to why I came back. Due to my own inconsistency the first time, they were so understanding and helped me get back on track again. I had updates with every step of my journey as well as fast responses. Couldn’t have asked for a better, kinder team to help with my teeth journey. Would only recommend them!

Overall process has been pretty smooth sailing. I’ve finished both my top and bottom set of aligners, however my bottom teeth have been a bit stubborn and I’m not quite happy with them just yet. Asking for refinement aligners hasn’t been an issue I’m still waiting for these and they hopefully shouldn’t be too far away. The customer service has been great from the start. Overall a good experience. 3 stars as I’m not fully finished my teeth straightening journey just yet.
