I am so impressed with my results
I am so impressed with my results. My teeth were one of my biggest insecurities and now I can’t help but smile at the results. I never thought I’d get them straighten as I’d put it in the to expensive and to hard basket having to have time off work for countless dentist appointments. But Aalto has been beyond expectations doing majority of it from the comfort of home, whilst still feeling supported by professional dentists throughout the journey. Great Experience !!
Aalto care was such a nice experience as they made having aligners affordable and comfortable. Being tracked by an orthodontist on the app to ensure that teeth movement is going smoothly really shows their effort in taking care of their patients and ensuring they are happy with the results. I finished my first set of aligners but realised that I did want a little more adjustment and they were so quick to do all of that and send out the rest with no extra cost. I am super happy with my results and feel more confident to smile with my teeth especially on my wedding day. Thank you to the Aalto team !!

So much more confident in my smile
So much more confident in my smile! I had one stubborn tooth that was quite a complex move but the team were able to set up a program that has straightened it considerably!! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a way to straighten your teeth without venturing down the path of braces (retainers are a lot less invasive!) but top tip, keep on top of scan dates otherwise you may get charged extra, and depending on your teeth it may take a lot longer than first advertised - but it is worth it!

Highly recommend the team at Aalto (was BiteSoft when I first signed up). My aligner treatment did end up running a bit longer than the original timeline we anticipated, but I’m really happy with the final outcome and it was well worth it in the end. Do it properly the first time
Update: I left a review here before, but it needs updating given how much this has deteriorated since.
My aligner treatment finished on schedule, but within a month of getting bonded retainers fitted, my teeth started moving, despite being told bonded retainers alone would be enough. Months of delays followed, then three more months of corrective treatment.
Since then, I've been sent two separate replacement retainers for my upper arch, and both have failed to fit because they don't account for the wire fitted to my teeth, even after I paid for another scan myself trying to get it right.
An independent dentist has since confirmed the treatment isn't finished, there's still significant work needed to get the result I was promised, quoted at roughly $7,800 and 18 months of additional treatment. He also raised concerns about the retainer wire used, linked to exactly the kind of movement I experienced, despite being told this wouldn't happen.
I lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading, this is on file if anyone else would like to add to it from their experience.
I'm now pursuing a formal refund and considering QCAT. Over a year on, I've paid for a result I still don't have.
