5Gstore.com Recenzje

I don't give out 5 stars lightly. 5gstore is exceptional. Good pre-sales advice, returning items is easy (the return was on me for ordering the wrong thing), and their products perform as advertised. What else needs to be said?

Been using them for about 5 years. If you call them they'll ask you what you want to do and either build it out for you or tell you why it won't work.

I've never had to return anything.

Great Service and all the right parts the first time! :)

Overnight shipping is truly overnight!!! The Prepwave BR1 MK2 Cat 6 was replacing a Netgear M1100 - what a difference. We travel in our RV and our hotspot was just not doing the job for my wife's work. Wish I knew about this product a couple of years ago.

Put in my order for a Pepwave Soho Surf, had a note they were on backorder, then they must have gotten their stock early and it showed up at my door the next day. Very happy with the experience.

Doing business was a true pleasure. Their pre-sales help was outstanding. I got a fair price on my Pepwave router and SIM card, it showed up in a couple days, and has worked flawlessly thus far.

I received my Pepwave router in two days. They provided clear online installation files which made setting it up extremely easy. I got quick real-time customer service when I called to ask a couple of technical questions.

Excellent customer service.

I received a call from tech support a few days after I received the router just to see if everything was okay. Who does that?
Yesterday I called tech support for a simple question and got through quickly and the technician was very patient with me.
The router is functioning very well.

I ordered a internet switch reset unit for the 5GStore, the product arrived as promised, it worked according the specifications, I am super happy with it. Last, a 5GStore representative called to follow up my purchase, very professionally.

Amazing customer service and technical support!

Second order from 5G store. Everything arrived as expected and on time. Thank you 5G store.

I called to discuss a wifi router before purchase. Within 2 days of purchase, it arrived. Setup was easy. However, there were a couple of small "glitches" during setup. I got a technician on the phone (who was in the USA) and the problem was resolved quickly. I used the other resources provided to enhance the security of the system. Very easy to follow. This router replaced my Apple Time Capsule that had died. What a difference! Great signal strength. Great router, great service...and to top it off, they put a small gift in the package. I'm now bragging about this router to friends! Thanks again!!

These folks have great pre-sale and post-sale support. Been a customer for over a year.

Great advice. Great product! No problems!

These guys are always on top of there game, great sells and technical staff. Always purchase from them.

I bought this router after reading about multiple consumer grade routers specifically looking for security features. This router fits all my needs within reasonable price.RouterSecurity org was a great site to understand the router security and how to configure your router securely and look for security features a router support.
