5Gstore.com Recenzje

Prompt shipping, great products and terrific customer follow up.

good service, prompt delivery

I had a unique situation (well, so I thought) because I am 7 miles between cell towers. So I contacted the 5GStore multiple times PRIOR to my purchases to make sure what I was buying and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and very willing to help. After I made my decision on the equipment, I shopped around. I found that I could buy the same order for about 100 dollars less but I took into consideration the amount of help they provided and made the purchase anyway. I was concerned when shipping options were 3-8 days unless I wanted to pay for expedited shipping but I received the items in 2 days (Chicago to St Louis). I was unable to get my services to connect but that was because of my carrier. I worked with the AT&T store and we got it working. Top notch service and shipping. The follow up call was a pleasant surprise and very welcome! Thanks for such a great operation.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up phone call after my order arrived from someone with deep technical knowledge about the product. Very impressive.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received, and a field that I typically have the most trouble with. Kudos to Dario and team for being patient and understanding. 5G store will see my business for many years to come.

Fast shipping, great product (Cel-Fi DUO+) was easy to install and worked as advertised. Got an unsolicited call from customer support just to make sure everything was working well! Nice 😀

Antennas arrived quickly and work perfectly for my application.

I recieved my order in a timely matter and they were very helpful on the phone with the set up.

It is very refreshing to work with a company that you can actually talk with on the phone when needed. Costumer support is the foundation of reputation and the 5G Store demonstrates that daily.

From the first time I contacted the company, extremely professional and know the hardware. Need help later and both times they understood and i made corrections quickly. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

This review is for 'Trust pilot'. What kind of baloney is this? Why is a good company like 5Gstore allowing deceptive nonsense like this?

5G gave me very good pre-sales technical information . The ordering process was straight forward.

Pretty good product. You MUST play with the distances and locations a little until you find the sweet spot. I went from one bar to four once I found the proper location in my home.

I will order from them again. CSR very helpful and knowledgeable. Fast delivery with no DRAMA.

The service with 5G is fantastic. I will be doing all my future purchases for tech from them. I have gone with other providers and they are fly-by-night companies. I highly recommend 5GStore

Sometimes, when you need something asap, you're willing to pay extra. My order was placed in the evening and received the next morning. The 5Gstore came through in spades. Thank you!

Great customer service. Fast response for quotes and confirmation order.

I love a business that answers the phone and has knowledgeable people! I called, discussed some choices, ordered equipment, it showed up at my door, and worked as expected. I recommend 5GStore to my friends for all their LTE-based internet backup needs!

This was my first time working with this Co and I was very impressed by there knowledge of the product.
Jeff was the gentleman that was able to get me to a local supplier for an antenna. I needed it pretty fast and they delivered and it worked out perfect.
