Typical US reseller of chinese made crap, customer service is reduced to advises like ... did you check that your router is plugged in . ... or did you update to our latest firmware... they also try to sell online access to pepwave routers for 300$ a year but thery cannot find anybody to buy the air so they now try to sell this air for $150. They have some weird names for marketing their bogus stuff like calling it fusion, speedfusion,primecare and so on... well sure their stuff needs a lot of maintenance...all this is extremely disappointing given their outrageous pricing that one can hope will give you a troublefree performance.

I received what I ordered and they work. Unlike the stock antennas, they are top heavy and don't stay vertical very well. Make sure your gateway is attached to something or it may flip over.

I ordered a Peplink BR2 Pro and a seperate Peplink BR2 Pro power supply. I had stated that I needed these express over night for the next day if at all possible. I paid the extra shipping fees, both orders were delayed for several days and notifications for delivery were continually missed. I needed this equipment for a special meeting we were planning for on the Feb 21. We basically had to stand up an alternative tech to kick off the meeting. Frankly I would expect a rebate of the Fed Ex up charges as they failed to meet even a USPS ground standard. This it the poorest performance I have ever seen from Fed Ex, your company needs to hold them accountable as we had other options for purchasing this gear, and if we are stuck with this poor service and cost we will seek alternative solutions.
