Fast response even on a holiday weekend! Everything's running great!

The response time was quick, and my issue was resolved quite fast. :)

Best server experience I've gotten in a while.

Very good friendly service. They don't have a lot of staffs in the line to be avaialble 24/7, but they are available and always get back to you in discord within the same day (24 hours).

They're very good at providing support towards the customer's needs, I needed extra storage space and created a ticket in discord channel and they increased it from 30GB to 50GB no questions asked no extra cost. Their hardware as of this comment posted on Node US 1, that's the one I'm on. It seems rather good and capable of handling servers with around 40-60 plugins. However that also varies depending on what type of plugin as always. Overall great support and good hardware. Prices are almost unbeatable, pretty close to the competitive rate. As of 6/17/2020 they don't seem to have ridiculous plans as other host providers which I won't name charging $10.00 per GB of RAM for a minecraft server to scam young age server owners.

Their support has been awesome. Their Discord is really chill. Performance has been great so far. (I am using modded Minecraft which is a performance hog :))

I was trying to find a cheaper host with reviews and prices, and oh boy did I luck out finding this host. Support is always there and the panel is simple to use. The server hasn't had any problems so far and it runs very smooth.

Honestly, System413 is the best host I have ever had any business with.

I have never seen such cheap prices for hosts, imagine, 3GB RAM, unlimited ssd storage, extremely strong ddos protection, A FREE SUBDOMAIN, all for less than $5 monthly, imagine you could host such a server that could take on 20+ players for a price of 1 starbucks a month. My ping is 20, even though the host that I have chosen (YES, you can choose hosts), is located in Europe, a continent away from me, the tps is always 20, even though I have 20+ plugins.

Honestly, this is not where it ends, the support team, they help you with everything, even stuff that are not related to hosting issues (plugin setups, etc.), while other hosts charge you a fee for that, they do it for free here!

Plus, the staff team are really great, lets forget than acting too strict bullcrap, you can have fun with the support / staff team here, they have an amazing sense of humour.

Amazing server specs at good prices as well as excellent support

Really amazing service, so I started of hosting with ggservers the experience was really bad, moved to mcprohosting and the expierience stayed the same tried countless big hosting companies in the market and all I got was downtime, lag, ping drops. After researching abit I found system413, and I have to say joining them was one of the greatest decisions of my life, they are great, the staff team is amazing, Ellis, Nastya, Andrew, Jack all of them have been really helpful it just feels like a family with them, fixing all my issues in 1 moment, on top of that they have amazing prices, their is no lag on their severs and the pings are amazing. I would highly recommend them. Don't waste your time on other hosts as this is not just another hosting company its a family. Currently hosting 7 servers with them IP: Lavacraftms.com.

Setup took has taken ~100 hours due to technical problems hours as of writing. Have received hardware issues and not received a VPS yet, but staff are trying their best and have offered service that they don't advertise. Good ticket/support system available in their Discord. Will update this review when product is received.

UPDATE: Staff have replaced our VPS temporarily with a free upgrade to a dedicated AMD Epyc 2nd gen processor (8c/16t) and added an extra 140 gigabytes of storage. Upped to 4 stars because I'm not sure how to give 4.5/5.

They offer better hardware at a lower price with helpful and responsive support.

It's early days for my budding MC server, Being experienced in co-owning a server, I wanted to start my own and get better acquainted with certain plugin configs. Ellis, helped me greaty with the initial enquiries, provided forum resources and 413 tailored my Quartz server to get me going nicely. The hosting price is great and it's running a treat.

Easy to set up, fast customer support response, haven't had any serious downtime or performance issues. One of the cheapest quality game server hosts out there.
