Legit best company ever, they gave me a VPS on loss because I paid and there was an issue, so I'm that one customer they'd rather not have lol, but their support is so nice, patient, and legit the best people you'd know. I would recommend them to everyoneee! If you're thinking about hosting, I would def go with them.

Untrustworthy assitance.
I stayed 3 months in this host. The service was OK, but when i tried to change host they deleted all my files (saying that i did it) when i moved my server files into a folder to zip it. The manager "Ellis W." literally laughed at me and said that i needed to pay 25$ for getting my files back or staying with them more time. Please stay back from this host and prefer others! (they also dont have really good prices)

We do not charge you for recovering your data. You should be able to get to your backups for free no matter what, and what happened here with our support was 100% unacceptable. There is no excuse for this not being resolved right away.

The servers themselves are great. I can run a Minecraft server with like 100 mods and zero issues on their side. (The issues I got were because of my own mistake, but the file manager and console are easy to use even without the technical knowledge)
Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive hosting. If you take a look through Reddit you can find a promo code so it's even cheaper!

Excellent functionality, but somewhat slow support
In terms of providing the service, this host is just right what you want. The functionality of all services is *more* than excellent.
However, I wish the support could be faster and more responsive. Might have been me facing time-zone issues considering the fact that I live on the other side of the world, and most of the support team in the USA, but if they were able to hire support employees from all around the world, I would put 7 stars out of 5.
Nonetheless, it's a 1-time wait before getting access to your stable and optimal service. Guess it was worth all the patience :)
