Ordered a few Shirts for 47 € each. Shop listed in Germany, Shirts send from China. Quality was 2 € worth. Cost me 20 € to send it back to Poland. Got my money back. Never ever again.

Ware wurde bezahlt aber nie geliefert. Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Mails. Telefonnummer ist Fake.

Nicht empfehlenswert!! Billigere aus China, hat nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun, reine Chemie anstatt der angegebenen Baumwolle und ewig langer Versand.

No one has reached out to me regarding my order, I’ve Been waiting since 5/20 with 0 answers but automated emails. I would like a refund but when attempting to do so my money isn’t being returned. Ive been given the run around for 3 months. Being sent to emails that tell me the same thing repeatedly. At this point keep the t shirt, just send the money back 😩😩😩

Low quality, drop ship chaos, no proper return policy. Returned the item immediately after finally getting a returns address to the warehouse. Item still stuck in customs in China! No money refunded. Stay away!!!!

Do not deal with this company, goods never arrived, PayPal didn't help, minimal ineffective communication.

I lost my money and after several attempts to contact both organisations.

Live and learn don't purchase off Facebook, don't pay through an offshore company and don't purchase from an offshore company.

SCAM - and WHAT YOU CAN DO :)

First of all: I really don`t enjoy writing this review, but I think that I must do it and that it would be helpful. The experience with 3nroute war really bad for me. The customer service was always writing politely and answering fast, however the firm policy in general must be called out.

I bought an (expensive) item from 3nroute.com. The delivered item was nothing like the one in the picture. So, I asked to have my money back. I was told that first, I have to send the item back to CHINA and CARRY the shipping costs (which are over 45 Euros for the small package...) and that when is has arrived, I would get the price that I paid back - without the shipping costs.

And> Apparently, the firm has the habit of sending items to the clients that have nothing to do with the pictures. This is NOT A MISTAKE, but something that`s done on a regular basis. And everyone is playing dumb. This happened also to 3 friends of mine. Also, please look at the other reviews from this website and the other websites. There are maaaaany, many of them.

HERE`S WHY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK - AND THE SHIPPING COSTS COVERED:
If you`re returing an item because the firm sent you something that`s not like in the picture - and not because you simply have changed your mind or because you`re obsessing over a tiny, tiny detail ------
this means the firm didn't send you the item that you ordered and by that THEY VIOLATED THE CONTRACT, so THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. This is stated by German and by international law - and by any other law. Also, this is what`s fair.

Of course, many firms like that have POLICIES that say that the customer has to pay for the return shipping. THAT DOESN`T MATTER. ***** It`s not legal to make a customer pay for the return shipping if the firm sends the wrong item - esp. on purpose! *****
It's not the customer's fault or responsibility or their job to pay for the wrongdoing of the seller. Everyone knows that, any law states that - especially German. And this firm is located in Germany. That means, they must comply with German law.

A firm policy isn't above the law. IF A FIRM POLICY IS IN A CONFLICT WITH THE LAW, THE POLICY SIMPLY DOESN`T APPLY.

So, if you are getting ripped off, try saying that. It worked for me, I got my money back.
I wanted to send the item back - and the firm said I sould keep it (guess shipping was to expensive for them... hm... but not too expensive for me?). I gave the item away, don`t want to have anything reminding me of that.

I hope the people who work there think about what they are supporting and tolerating. Is it worth it? Is this who you want to be?

Ordered a pair of jeans through this company. Size 36 to 38 is XL….WRONG!!! more like size 32. To cancel the order you have to ship direct to China. I found out it was going to cost me $200 to ship these pair of jeans to China. What a bunch of crap this company is! Please make sure you read the fine print and remember the sizes are wrong! You will be screwed over and it’s a shame!

This is simply a drop shipping from Amazon. None of the products are theirs, and it is produced in China.

Furthermore, it says "On Sale" on products - but they do not disclose by how much. That is against the law in most - if not all - western countries. Should be reported to the FTC.

Je bestelt bij dit Duits bedrijf, Tracing volgen vanuit China Yun Express. Die beweren dat het pak geleverd is. Zou geleverd zijn op ons adres door Colis Prive. Zij kunnen niks traceren.
Nooit iets aangekregen.
Meer dan 30 mails gestuurd.
Claim bij Paypal. En het bedrijf beweert gewoon dat het geleverd is. Dus geen poot om op te staan.
Nooit bestellen bij ongekende bedrijven!!

3nroute, is the best men's clothing online store! I love the quality of their clothes, their quick delivery and the great customer service that they offer. It is definitely my favourite online store.

Chinese Scam. The German owners dropship from china - lousy quality, complete rip off. I will make legals steps to redeem my purchase, since the website states a german company with german ceo. not willing to send goods back to china

Ware nie angekommen. PayPal-Käuferschutz auch wirkungslos. JA NICHT BESTELLEN! Passt Du den restlichen Bewertungen, allerdings kann ich zur Ware nichts sagen (weil nie angekommen).

Super low quality. Do not buy from here.

To be clear, this is a scam. They sell one thing through the pictures and then ship another. When you point it out they allow you to get one small percentage back if you decide to not push for a return. If you decide for a return they still charge you a percentage.

Really cheap and nasty quality clothing. Avoid!
Had the Tom Harding denim shirt - worse than rag!
