Don't bother - Not worth a penny
3 Media Ltd approached us offering to advertise in what they claimed would be a widely distributed brochure for a local estate agent. We paid a significant amount with the promise of exposure and leads. We received none.
What’s worse, the contract included a hidden automatic renewal clause that was never clearly explained. When we tried to cancel, they insisted it could only be done by recorded delivery post — an unreasonable and unfair requirement that was never highlighted. This tactic feels designed to trap small businesses into unwanted renewals.
The company also continues to argue rather than address concerns, and many other small businesses report being ignored or told “we can’t find the case” when they raise legitimate complaints.
In short, 3 Media Ltd appears to exploit small businesses, offering promises of value that are never delivered and relying on confusing contracts to extract more money. If you’re contacted by them, be extremely cautious.
In response to Your “sorry that this is our experience”, is disingenuous, clearly performative and misleading, as behind closed doors they are belligerent and dismissive.

Company Brochure - Fantastic Service!
3 Media recently produced a brochure for our company and we could not be happier with how it turned out!
From the very first conversation, the process felt easy and well managed. The team kept everything moving, listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered something that really captures the spirit of our business. The brochure does more than showcase us. It also highlights some fantastic local businesses, which gives it an added depth that we really value.

It’s a scam, you’re ad isn’t shown, not Reccomended.
It’s a scam, I paid thousands of pounds for an A4 advertisement in Cassidy & Tate publication that’s supposedly goes out to all their clients, 3 Media confirmed on the phone as did someone from Cassidy & Tate that my company would be recommended for two years, also that the advert would be given for two years to homebuyers, I’ve visited the branch a few months in wondering why I’ve received not a single recommendation and the book they are giving out doesn’t contain my company advert, total waste of time and money, very very disappointed with this company and I shall be taking them to court for a full refund of my business money for an advert that is legitimate.

Shocking company that dont reply...
We were approached by 3Media Ltd with an offer to advertise in a brochure touted as widely distributed for a local estate agent. Enticed by promises of exposure and leads, we made a substantial payment.
However, we've received zero inquiries.
The entire scheme felt like a manipulative tactic targeting small independent businesses under the guise of local advertising.
Their use of a local landline number, initially reassuring, now appears to have been a deliberate attempt to mislead.
What's particularly troubling is the pattern seen in other negative reviews: 3Media Ltd consistently claims they can't find any record of complaints. This repeated tactic to ignore and dismiss legitimate concerns is deeply frustrating.
It's truly disheartening to witness companies exploit small businesses. We strongly advise extreme caution if you're contacted by them.
