I ordered a model from the catalogue with some specific modifications. They delivered it perfectly, both in terms of the requests and in the time frame (which was less than expected). The model is of high quality.

The conversations with the support service were very fluid and they were patient with me even when I made mistakes. In an era in which maintenance services are increasingly focusing on blaming the customer or treating them as ignorant, having a polite and understanding treatment is very much appreciated.

I have worked with 3DModels over time and the experience has always been the same, very precise and detailed cars modeling starting from scratch, and excellent response and very specific questions and answers that ensure a great job.

They are among the worst model creators, with highly inaccurate models and stupid prices. I used to purchase a lot of models from them, but gradually their quality got worse and worse, and every time I asked them to fix their model or refund me, I got NO response. Just check some of their models such as the BMW M3 2022 or the Alfa Romeo Tonale 2023. If it was possible to give them 0 out of 5, I would.

First time buying blueprints, and I made the best choice buying from 3DModels.org, all the sides match up perfectly with no incorrection or ill fitting lines.
Easily the best and highest quality blueprints I ever used, greatly increased the speed at which I could model a vehicle.

Great models at affordable prices and a wide library of available assets.

I recently bought a 3D model of a sports stadium. It is of top-notch quality and renders with all the details; well done. They have a huge list of models of many other stadiums, which is nice.

When I first added the model to my shopping cart and did not immediately buy it, I received an email giving me the option to bid my own price. However, the bid link did not work. When I contacted customer support, I received an email saying they were checking the functionality. Since I did not get a resolution, I decided to buy the model at the advertised full price. I would request the team to fix the bid feature if it is indeed a real offering.

The process of buying and downloading multi-format files was straightforward otherwise.

3DModels had a straight forward and easy to use website to purchase detailed 3D models. I bought a sofa model that would have taken at least half a workday, but was able to get the model, texture it, and render it within 15 minutes. The prices are fair and competitive with every other provider. I will continue to return to 3DModels whenever I need a high quality obj.

Purchased a model as a gift, received it quickly and the quality was phenomenal!

The models are accurate and when I have found something off, they fixed it within an hour. They're the best out there for Cinema 4D models that I have found. Some customer service can be slow but it does get finished. This is detailed work, so that's to be expected. I think they do a great job and have been using them for over ten years.

Leur service d'impression 3D est à fuir. J'ai passé commande deux fois et c'est très mauvais. Les modèles 3D sont bourrés de maillages internes, ce qui rend l'impression impossible. Ils m'ont renvoyé les fichiers deux fois et ça ne va toujours pas. J'ai perdu 100 euros et du temps à leur expliquer comment faire, sans qu'ils ne comprennent. À croire que le service d'impression 3D est automatisé, sans intervention manuelle sur les modèles. C'est vraiment dommage, car leurs modèles de rendu sont plutôt bons.

Worst costumer support ever.
It is impossible to get a company invoice, xou can't register to the website where you could supposedly create one.

Support is absolute useless, not helpful and probably AI generated and automated completly.

Awesome 3d model with very meticulous details. I couldn't ask for more for that kind of a fair price!

I had been searching for a perfect asset on different platforms for a while and finally found it on 3DModels. The price was great and the service was even better. Lots of options and the entire process was easy. I'll definitely be using them again.

The model purchased was good and provided with multiple formats.
