The model search function and file formats are easy to navigate and select. The payment system and associated download time were a breeze. Having reliable CAD that I don’t have to create saved a bunch of time. Only negative would be the price to convert a file format to another. But, recognizing its legitimate CAD gives some credit to the price.

Great Models . Very High quality renders with very good accuracy. I will use this service again.

I ordered a 3D model bus under clear written contract for 4 different scales (1:87, 1:43, 1:24, 1:10) on April 28. Dmytro Korchagin accepted payment under these terms. However, at the slicing stage, the topology completely explodes with thousands of vertex errors and duplicates the mesh geometry automatically. The source files are deeply corrupted and unprintable. Weeks later, Dmytro explicitly gave a written commitment stating "We will make corrections soon". Months passed, and now they officially refuse to deliver defect-free files, demanding extra money. They deliver broken files and blackmail customers for more money. My 1500 USD chargeback dispute is processed by international banking inspectors. Stay away from this fraudulent 3DModels.org firm!

Easy, fast and very professional products.

I had a nintendo 2ds model on their site, so I ordered it and paid an extra $50 for the .stl file. I'm guessing there was a lack of communication and understanding about what I wanted. I basically wanted the 2ds shell, pieces separated to print individually. First I got a 3d printed solid brick entire solid 2ds. I then messaged and explained i wanted the pieces separate. I dont even know what they sent back. My slicer wouldn't even load it. The website is absolute trash. Everytime I went to download the files it would say I was unauthorized or didn't have access to them, after already paying for them. Communication was confusing at best. 1/10. Dont recommend.

Genuinely been really good so far with these guys. I’ve ordered only 1 thing so far as I needed something for a project. Model was high quality and allowed me to utilise what I needed for this mini project. Had no issues what so ever with ordering and in turn using the model. Price was pretty good for the quality.

My encounter with customer service was amazing! I had a custom request to modify an inherently complex 3D model and within a couple days, someone from the 3DModels Team, Dmytro responded with an updated model with exactly what I needed. No bots, no AI, no canned response; just a talented artist who personally saw to it that a customer was taken care of. Great work, team!

Expensive model for the lack of detail. I had to remake some parts myself. €1200 for a car interior, from a Carabo, is far too expensive for what it actually is. I recommend going through independent manufacturers.
