It is not about the product, but the service

It is not about the product, but the service. There is no way you can contact them, so if anything is wrong with you shipment, good luck. All e-mails are no-reply and on their website, there is no contact data. The package is not delivered by UPS. I have to pick it up, claiming nobody was home, what is absolutely not true. If they are concerned about customer satisfaction, they should also use another shipper, at least one with a score higher than 1.1. I'm even hesitating to send it back, just because of this arrogant attitude. What if it's broken within guarantee period?

I didnt expect to be so impressed

I hesitated for a while before buying a Spacemouse, Keyboard and Cadmouse. I mostly use Fusion 360 but occasionally other CAD.
The Cadmouse is a very comfortable mouse to use. Its precise and smooth. The Keyboard is also very nice to use and has the benefit of all the programmable keys. The real star though is the Spacemouse. This thing has changed my life. Moving round in the model is now smooth and soooo easy. After a while you forget that you are even using the Spacemouse it becomes so automatic that its like controlling the models movement by thought.
I would highly recommend that anyone drawing 3D should try a Spacemouse. Be warned though that after an hour you will not want to go back to what will then seem like battling round the model with a mouse.
I would certainly recommend the whole "set", but if the budget only allows a part of it then the Spacemouse is the one.

Buyers beware 3Dconnexion uses Evri.

Warning to those who had a horrible experience with Evri, ranked the worst delivery company in the UK.

Edit: Order was placed and shipped on the 12th of January. Evri did not deliver and the package was sent back to 3D Connexion 3rd of February they have only just sent out the replacement.
terrible customer service. 3D Connexion please don't use Evri, if you do you should mention this on your website.

Gummierte Flächen werden klebrig und lösen sich ab

Das ist meine dritte und letzte 3D-Maus con 3d-connexion. Jedes mal löst sich nach max. 2 Jahren die Sotft-touch/gummierte Oberfläche auf. Diese wird dann klebrig - jeder Staub/Dreck bleibt haften - auch die Hände. Das ist kein angenehmes Arbeiten, dafur dass man mehrere Hundert Euro bezahlt hat. Jede Billigvariante kann das inzwischen besser. Daher war das meine Letzte 3D-connexion Maus.

Extremely Disappointed with 3Dconnexion Customer Service!!!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with 3Dconnexion has been frustrating enough to warrant one.
After spending over €1,000 on two of their devices, including the SpaceMouse Enterprise, I encountered persistent display issues that I documented with clear screenshots and a detailed email to their support team.
Not only did I receive no reply, but the support ticket was closed without resolving the issue or even acknowledging my message.
It’s unacceptable for a premium brand to provide such negligent and unresponsive customer service. When customers invest in high-end professional tools, they expect reliable support, not to be ignored and dismissed.
If you’re considering their products, I highly advise thinking twice, not because of the hardware, but because of what happens after the purchase. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Horrible customer "service".

The products are expensive but also very good.
The customer service is, however, non-existent.
They will write to you from a no-reply email-address, and they don’t send you any invoice, even when you have told them, that you’re buying for a company.
On their website there’s no phone-number and no email-address.
All you can do is click Contact, Technical support and then you have to fill in a very complicated template and open a profile.
My advice to you would be to find another company.

Love the product ,not the service.

Like the product ,hate the service.
A few weeks ago I tried to ordered a spacemouse kit 2, but my payment got denied.
So I tried again with a new payment method and that worked.
A few days later I noticed that the first payment although it said denied was actually send.
I contacted support about the issue they said I would receive a refund, its been more then 20 days since I requested the refund and I have not received my money .
On top of that it took 4 weeks for the product to arrive (send from EU to EU), with support being less then useful/supportive about the delivery issues.(Still don't have the product in my hands)

I agree with a lot of the complaints here , the support is seriously lacking and does not match the premium price tag.

Bedste invistering til 3dCAD

I Work in Fusion 360, Freecad and Blender. And I simply cannot do without my spacemouse today, i have used space pilot and space mouse for over 12 years, they just work. However, setting up the equipment for yourself is important, because otherwise it can be very difficult to use, so for everyone who wants to buy. Follow the software setup guide :-D

I ordered a space mouse in oktober 23

I ordered a space mouse in oktober 23. Since the it has been nothing but connection failures. At customer support the acknowledge the problem but say that there is no solution for mac jet. How long before the have is my question. I wanted a refund because i bought a product that is not working. No response from 3d connexion. I don't think it is normal to sell a product that is not working on your computer when they say it does. Now en then i have to work with a drawing program and every time the damn thing doesn't work. I am not planing on contacting the customer service again because a solution is not provided a temporary difficult solution yes but that is not workable for someone to find out every time again. As a customer i have the right for a good solution and i think refund is the only solution left.

Stay away

I ordered a 3d spacemouse on 3dconnexions own website and paid via PayPal (luckily!). The website stated 3-5 working days for delivery. After waiting a full week my order still hadn't been shipped so I tried to get in touch. Emails ignored, phone calls unanswered. I became concerned. So I opened a case with PayPal, immediately after doing so I received an email from 3dconnexions saying they didn't have any stock, didn't know when they'd have stock but would send the item at some point in the distant indeterminate future. I said I was not prepared to wait for an unknown length of time and wanted a refund... Which they agreed to. Agreed to, but didn't process. Another week of emailing and getting nowhere I went through PayPal resolution centre and finally, today, I got a refund.

I'd advise you to stay away from this company and their products, they are terrible and unreliable at communicating, I dread to think what the after sales is like

Terrible software and support for shiny looking hardware that underperforms. Do not buy their products.

This company makes nice looking hardware with basically no proper support.

Their cadmouse pro wireless. Doesn't work with the wireless dongle on osx. The supplied dongle allows the cursor to move, no mouse clicks at all. No notification on this on the box, sales material or page for the product on their site. Only after wasting literally hours installing and uninstalling drivers did I find an obscure faq which says basically "Oh yeah, that doesn't work, just plug a cable in or use bluetooth instead lolz"

Their software for spacemouse wireless - doesn't install plugins for photoshop even though their support says it does. You have to work out how to do it manually (by trial and error I might add, not any kind of support from the company)
After 3 hours of faffing about with unhelpful forum posts, for anyone else struggling, you need to find the pkg file for the plugin installer, unzip it using technically unsupported methods to get to the files within, then manually install them into photoshop - the plugin is named 2022 not 2023, but it will work. once you manually install, you have to grant it accessibility permissions to get working. What sort of hokey outfit leaves users to work that out?

Want actual support for your product?
you need to create an account on their website giving your full postal address and phone number - but their validation on the form doesn't work, so it just errors out on account creation - presumably it appears their postcode validation plugin isnt working properly.
Want to go to the forum they provide and ask other users for help? Tough noodles, they haven't updated their captcha license, so you are unable to submit the form to create a user account.
Want to contact the forum admin to let them know? They have disabled the forum admin contact page.
Want to find an email address to contact them? You have to login, using the account you cant create.

So, £400 down, and over 8 hours later, I have laggy performance from a bluetooth mouse, and a 3d puck with a dongle that isnt natively usb-c so judders from my dock. Great.

Do not buy their hardware, seriously, this is one of the worst software support I have ever had. And honestly, that's saying something.

If I could meet the developer of these bits of hardware, I would orofficially return them both.

I've tried to buy their products…

I've tried to buy their products through their website (Which doesn't work) Cannot checkout as guest or even create account. Was put on hold by customer service for an hour before being cut off. Phoned the next day to find that "Were looking into it" and would email me (Which they didn't) The sales team don't pick up the phone after 3 more days of trying. Obviously they don't want my business and probably don't want yours either. Not worth the trouble.
