Terrible Service! My item is "DOA" and immediately returned, but No Refund or Replacement! [RMA# 1113] I even had to pay the Return Shipping!

I was searching HIGH and LOW for a charger for my old laptop. I couldn't even find the right one at Best Buy. I found it HERE and it's been working like a charm ever since. Thank YOU

Horrible company to do business with. Customer service is sub par. I ordered an adapter for my daughter's laptop and when it arrived I had already found out that the adapter was not problem prior to it's arrival. I have tried to request a return and refund of the adapter that cost me nearly $40. After over six weeks of trying to get a return process I received an email basically saying my refund would be $5 and for me to pay the shipping and handling for the return ect. since I gave no reason for the return. I would advise anyone to find out about the product and return policy before ordering from them and don't expect a timely response if you do have any issue whatsoever. Total waste of my time over the communications back and forth for a poor response to my request and unfair amount for refund of what I paid.

AC Adapter is not from the laptop manufacturing company. They either dont say that at all or really bury the information in their description. It comes with a stick warning "Caution! May become hot"...and it does. So, obviously not great quality as my factory adapter doesnt get hot at all.

I bought a replacement charger for my laptop from battery vendor, I got exactly what I asked for. I see people saying things like "didn't pay return shipping no refund" and "they sent me the wrong thing",
I ordered by model number, I contacted the company about shipping time, they emailed me that same day. I am glad that I kept my order with them and that I get to put the story straight. I will buy again and I recommend. I spent about 40.00 total for the genuine charger, the same one that came with it, I was also able to spend 22.00 on a charger that I could use in the meantime and even still I saved. Enough for a chicken waffle sandwich. Thank you battery vendor

I ordered power transformer 31 March 2023 and received acknowledgement email in a day or so stating that item had been shipped from Compton CA ( the next State to me).
HOWEVER, after a full 7 days, I rechecked the Tracking Information (US0222689681) 07 April 2023 and it reflected the item was still in Compton CA.
I feel that this company (PRC/ ChiCom) purposely deceived me initially and lacks honor.
Had I known, I never would have done business with them.

The website misrepresented the item sold. The wrong product arrived and does not work. Battery-vendor.com refuses to refund money. Buy from someone who guarantees their product.

BEWARE!! Worst company i ever dealt with.Sent me item i didn't purchase.It was different from photo on website. They wanted me to pay to ship back. Why should i pay to ship an item back when they shipped me a different item? Paypal wouldn't refund me because i put Return to Sender on Box and didn't have a new tracking number. Picture with red circle is what they shipped me. Picture with gray circle is what i bought from their website. Will never buy from this scam company again. Horrible customer service.

We usually dont take a chance on web sites that arent "official" or look a bit shady.. But we did and got rogered good-time. We had ordered a Battery for a client and now, 20 days later, our order never arrived. We are trying to cancel through Paypal...what a headace

I bought a battery for my HP through Battery Vendor. I was very skeptical but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the battery on Jan 4th received it on Jan 18th. I sent him a few emails inquiring why the USPS did not have the tracking number. Never really got the answer I expected but the part was delivered. I suspect delivery issues are between him and the main supplier in China which has always had delivery issues.

Don't Bother - They WILL rip you off!
This company, which also has the same customer services "Sylvie" and look 'n' feel website as lps-gopower.org is a sham. After purchasing through lps-gopower.org they provided the wrong item. The return address advised, turned out to be a customer of battery-vendor.com. After agreeing to reimbursement for the item and return postage... You probably guessed it, no refund and no further correspondence... Save yourself a lot of problems, and find items somewhere else. Oh yes, and the initial delivery was late (as it came from CHINA) and the packaging was busted open prior to receipt. Woe after Woe, after Woe ...

First, I received the wrong product that took 2 weeks to get.
The day I received it I tried to call them but their number consistently goes to a busy signal. I initiated a return on the website stating that it was the wrong product. The return was modified on their end stating that it wasn't the wrong product before the return process had even started. Thinking that it may have just been a mistake on my part, I initiated another one and the same thing happened. This was two weeks ago and the return process still hasn't gone through.
I emailed them letting them know I had started a return and the wrong information was on the return request and I couldn't figure out why. I ended up having to send 3 emails, tell them that I was going to contact my bank and the BBB, and write reviews on them before they even responded a week later. The correspondence has been fishy AT BEST.
The first reply I got was 1 sentence saying "it is a legitimate product," which I'm assuming was the response because they mailed me a brand I didn't order. I responded by letting them know that regardless if it is a legitimate product or not, what they sent is not compatible with my laptop. They asked for photos of what they sent. I sent them a photo of the power supply label, a photo of the charge stem, and a photo of my charge port, clearly showing they were not compatible. They responded again by asking for the model of my laptop. At this point, I figured if they really needed that information they would have asked for it in the last email. This conversation took an additional week.
My suspicion is that the 30 days for a return are coming up shortly and they are buying time. I'm not even sure why this is a problem quite frankly, it's a simple return for a mistake on their part.
I'm waiting for one last response after telling them I'm not going to send more pictures of my laptop since it isn't necessary. We'll see how this ends up. I'm pretty convinced I just wasted $60 on an off-brand supply I didn't order and is not compatible with my device.

This is for the company vendor.com in gatlinburg, tenn. i ordered a paddleboard thru this mf company in august thru paypal i never received it and emailed them probably seven to 8 times. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THEM. They said it had shipped from china i asked for proof, anything to show it shipped NOTHING THESE A...HOLES TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN.

I bought a Chicony charger from them but it was a Chinese off brand instead. When I disputed the purchase they just said it was a Chicony charger with "the logo scratched off". They'll rip you off and then pretend they didn't. Liars and thieves really.

The battery charger sent did not work. Requested a return address and provided a tracking number when I sent the package back. Per tracking the package was received. I had to ask twice for a refund, but I finally received an email saying batteryvend would post my refund. It's been a month now. Batteryvend won't reply to any attempted contacts and I have yet to see a refund.

I ordered a replacement battery for my HP laptop, and a replacement charger and cord. After months of waiting i finally got a Battery only, no charger or cord. I wrote to them 3 times by email, and and never a response. Terrible company to deal with. I paid thru Pay Pal, and after going back and forth with them, They wanted me to send back at my expense the battery, and they would (?) refund total purchase. I didn't want a full refund, I just wanted a refund for the charge and cord I never received. Pay-Pal twice said they negotiated a full refund when I sent back the battery to China at my expense. Ugh Closing my Pay Pal account also.

Battery Vendor Company is simply scammers and an incredible brazen, lying company. They provide return address somewhere in China (not original address from US). Im just lost my money ! BEWARE !!!

After I had placed my order I read the reviews and got worried when they looked bad. But everything arrived just as it should have. Item looks to be in brand new condition, and is a legitimate Acer 180 watt charger exactly as it was pictured. The item did come from China so it took a few extra days then I had expected and maybe that's why the website got bad reviews. Maybe the item hadn't arrived fast and they thought it was a scam? Either way I definitely appreciate the good service.

Placed an order for an XPS 15 9510 adapter, not knowing that delivery would be minimum 2 weeks and who knows how long. Agree with all previous negative reviews: stay away from this company - they are located in China, and just try to get a refund from there!
