Flapsiger Umgangston im Support und fehlende Selbstreflexion. Wir sind seit nunmehr 15 Jahren Kunde/Nutzer von 3CX und ich muß feststellen, dass die Geschäftspolitik deutlich kundenunfreundlicher geworden ist. Was früher auf Augenhöhe und mit Transparenz geschah, wird heute in Form von Rundschreiben angekündigt und durchgezogen. Sei es die Abschaffung der Kauflizenz oder die Gedanken, den Support für Windows Server einzustellen - mit Vorlaufzeiten von wenigen Monaten. Beides trägt nicht zum Vertrauen in den Anbieter bei.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir nehmen Ihre Kritik gerne entgegen und werden das intern ansprechen. Jedoch müssen wir den Punkt fehlender Transparenz zurückweisen. Wir bieten unseren Kunden und Partnern viele Channel, auf denen Sie 3CX News verfolgen können, wie z.B. unseren Blog, Forum, Mailer, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook und Instagram. Der Support für Windows Server wurde auch nicht eingestellt. Sie können 3CX weiterhin auf Windows Servern installieren. Sollte es um veraltete Windows Server Versionen gehen, dann müssen Sie schon verstehen, dass sich 3CX immer weiterentwickelt und dann unter Umständen alte Windows Server Versionen nicht mehr supportet werden können. In der Regel geben wir genug Vorlaufzeit, sollte etwas zukünftig nicht mehr unterstützt werden.

Pretty good product but if you want to add a DECT or table phone - or a AVM FritzBox Router it is very difficult to install and there are not many supported devices.

Thank you for the review. We provide installation guides for supported DECT phones here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/. While there aren't many options, all supported companies work closely with us to ensure fast firmware updates and compatibility with our latest releases, making them the most stable and easiest to support.
We do have some Gigaset DECT phones, but note that some are EOL and no longer receive firmware updates, and we don't test new firmware for third-party supported devices. We recommend sticking with supported options.

As a reseller I stuck with 3cx even after they got hacked, even brought more new customers. Their reward? Canceling my partnership. i have moved on since to VitalPBX multi tenant instead of hosting each individual instance of 3cx and could not be happier.
