I have tried contacting them many times on phone call, on chat, but no one answers anything and the ticket system is really pathetic, we get answers after hours and that too as if some trainee is asking us should we do it? after waiting for 3 hrs and asking to do the task we get again a reply after 3 hrs that should we do it? i wish they can increase the service level
