very bad and rude customer service. just order literally anywehre else!

3 years ago I bought a hoodie from this brand and the quality of both the materials and the prints was great.
Recently, I ordered 3 t-shirts because I trusted the brand, but after an unreasonable 1-month wait, I noticed several serious issues.
The print quality is extremely poor and completely different from what was advertised. One of the shirts looks unintentionally sun-faded, as if it had been sitting near a window in a warehouse collecting dust. Another shirt has badly cut graphics, as if the background was poorly removed using an automatic tool in Photoshop.
I contacted customer support asking for a refund, but received no reply for over 2 weeks. The support service is essentially non-existent, and the “hassle-free return” policy is misleading.
I had to escalate the situation through PayPal just to get a response, and even then, they did not reply directly. Eventually, they accepted the return only via PayPal, but I was forced to pay for shipping myself (€25 for items that cost €85 in total).
This is extremely disappointing. I used to like this brand, but this experience makes it feel like a complete scam.

Habe vor 2,5 Wochen dort 3 Tshirts bestellt, bisher keine Rückmeldung wann die Bestellung verschickt wird, der Support reagiert auch nicht auf meine Email. Hab dort früher 2022 & 2023 öfters bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden, aber mittlerweile überhaupt nicht mehr! Alles sehr seltsam geworden & durch Zufall habe ich auch gesehen, dass die Marke ihren Firmensitz nicht mehr in Düsseldorf hat, sondern in den USA. Werde denke den Paypal Käuferschutz in Betracht ziehen wenn ich in 1 Woche keine Rückmeldung bekomme. Früher eine super Brand gewesen, mittlerweile sehr sehr enttäuschend, keine Ahnung was da los ist….

Bis heute habe ich übrigens keine Rückmeldung von dem Dabe Team bekommen, jedoch versuchen sie meine negative Bewertung zu entfernen mit der Begründung das es nicht auf einer wirklichen Erfahrung beruht. Ihr seid echt lächerlich, kümmert euch lieber um zufriedene Kunden dann müsst ihr auch nicht negative Bewertungen löschen um euer Image zu behalten. Ich habe extra meine Bestellnummer etc. bei Nachfrage von Trustpilot beigefügt damit der Shop prüfen kann was schief gelaufen ist. Eine verspätete Rückmeldung ist auf jeden Fall besser als das!

Ordered a pair of glasses in June, received them 7 weeks late (was supposed to be around 3-4 business days). I already thought I was dealing with a scam, also according to the reviews from Trustpilot. The glasses look alright, the quality is something you could live with, but I'm not quite sure if the shop is one worth trusting.

I really liked the service and the delivery was fast ! Thanks for the wonderful clothes ! I will order again soon .

The quality of the clothes is insane ! My new go to brand . I took the Grey Castle Zipper with me to school and almost everyone has asked me where i got it ... You guys make a good job!

Ich habe einen Zipper bestellt der leider nicht gepasst hat. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und schnell ab und ich konnte den Zipper zurückschicken mit einem sehr schnellen Refund.

Leider nicht sehr Kommunikativ und Kundenorientiert.

Auf Nachfrage beim Support - auch keine Antwort.

Auch wenn viel Arbeit ist - man informiert Kunden über Liefertermine und beantwortet Anfragen zeitnah.

Ich weiß nicht wie die Qualität ist von den Klamotten sie sind bestimmt sehr gut wie ich bei den anderen Bewertungen sehe keine Zweifel. Aber ich warte schon seit 8 Tagen auf meine Bestellung obwohl bei meiner Bestellung stande es dauert nur 1-2 Tage.. ich möchte mich nicht beschweren aber ich würde gerne wissen warum es so lange dauert.
Trotzdem freue ich mich auf meine Bestellung
