1Rebel Recenzje

Great energising classes .
I will be back on my return

Staff? smoking cigarettes right outside gym entrance, UGH! Mouthful of smoke by way of reward for what otherwise was a great ride! Thanks Anna!

Really great venue, facilities and location. Very modern and amazing reformer classes! I attended Olivia and Megan’s classes as a beginner and loved them. Challenging but worth it and easy to follow !

I absolutely love 1rebel. I go several times a week to Holborn and have dabbled with Euston.

Lots of classes across the day so I can usually find a convenient time to go. Friendly reception staff, great trainers, enjoyable sessions that I'm really seeing results from.

Great reformer class! Lovely instructor and a really good challenge level!

Good persons good classes

I went three times and the fans were broken in the room which actually felt dangerous because the floors were so slippery. I was shocked they were still charging full price for these classes as its a really poor experience and they didn't even acknowledge it.

great instructors and good facilities. whats not to like?

I have been a long time customer with 1Rebel and trained at the St Mary Axe, Southwark, Broadgate and Victoria branches before. Always welcomed with a smile and clearly busy clubs.

Most recently started to train at High Street Kensington, smaller club and clearly much less visitors. I have been earlier and/or hanging around, and clearly it is not busy.

But on 2 occasions I have been in situations where many phone calls never get answered, or I will send an email to the club - and I will receive an answer 2 days later? Canceled my membership as well, never received confirmations (even after another follow up mail).

I must say, for not being that busy - the lack of customer service and friendlyness has been a disaster. And honestly, has left me as a long time customer, becoming a little estranged and turned down. And that is coming from a person who always has promoted the brand and classes to many people before, but the approach of this club is far below all the other locations.

Fun, good pace, perfect blend of body parts to invigorate and create length. Rebel reformer 3x week is absolutely an essential.

Thought the instructors and vibes of the classes were great.

However my reformer broke once in one of my classes and my treadmill broke during reshape - could do with maintaining the equipment better.

Great workout and instructor

[[update]] After rectifying an uncommunicated charge, it was made again days later. Officially leaving. DO NOT JOIN 1REBEL AS A SUBSCRIBER. If you are in the bayswater area, third space is coming soon.

Urgh. Heartbroken to write this as it was my favourite gym. They desperately need to sort out their super opaque charges and brutal customer service policies which lets an otherwise great offering down - I have previously written a 5 star rave review (and talked many others into joining me here as an evangelist) before seeing what the others were talking about.

I will spare you the details, but an unclearly communicated policy resulted in a charge, and honestly just the whole approach has made what was once my go-to place and hobby (I'm a long term unlimited member) feel like somewhere I no longer feel comfortable heading.

I'm now stuck between great instructors and horrible management, and am still undecided on what to do. Might be time to return to yoga and bodypump.

£12 for socks that I will not use again!! I understand you need grip socks and i understand you put it in the email however i didn't see it. And yes i understand this is branding however, I don't wear the style of socks. In addition for £12 I would expect better quality, I found them to be non absorbent, thus full of polyester. Very unhappy with that.
Separately, change rooms are finally big enough and thoughtfully laid out with hair-dryers away from the lockers and showers. The lockers are GREAT, super spacious with compartments. Showers are huge and there are plenty of them, still a que at peak class times but you can tell Rebel have tried to stagger class times to minimise this. Nice products in the showers too. Shower heads are 'trendy' but inefficient.
Studio: reformer beds are super close together and showing wear and tear - some of them could do with replacement padding on the carriages or foot plate. Pumping music, lighting, very effective. Instructors are knowledgeable.
Holborn is very spacious which is a plus, haven't been to the others yet but i presume this will be a theme of Rebel.
Good intro cost, but wouldn't splash out on a membership - this is a luxury service. Gyms shouldn't be a luxury - everyone needs access to the variety of exercise options available.

The energy and enthusiasm very nice experience.

Great alternative to Barry's Bootcamp, water is provided free of charge, protein shakes are cheaper and better, the classes are on a par, with a range of options.

Amazing experience, great trainers. Hands down best spin class I have ever taken.

Stepping into 1Rebel Dubai is like walking into a high-energy sanctuary for fitness lovers. From the moment you arrive, the sleek design, pulsating music, and vibrant atmosphere set the tone — this is not just a gym, it’s an experience.

The Reshape and Ride classes are phenomenal — perfectly structured, incredibly motivating, and physically transformative. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also deeply inspiring, pushing you to give your best while still making the sessions enjoyable.

As someone who takes training seriously, I was thoroughly impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment, premium amenities, and attention to every detail. From cold towels after your workout to the spotless locker rooms and on-site protein bar — everything is built to elevate your performance and comfort.

This place blends the discipline of sport with the energy of a live show. It’s intense, empowering, and honestly addictive. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, 1Rebel will make you fall in love with training.

Reformer is brilliant. The time flies by and the facilities are gorgeous. Price is high but quality is too.
