Carlos made it easy to understand everything, made me feel comfortable to be able to reach out to him if I had any issues or concerns

I’ve used them in the past for exam prep and decided to use them again. Had a 1 on 1 meeting with Carlos Diaz and it was very beneficial. He was knowledgeable on the process for Florida also with other states as I am licensed in a few. Great service so far!

Carlos explained everything to me slowly and clearly so that I feel confident in the venture I am undertaking. He broke things down for me in simple steps so that I wouldn’t trip up during this process. He gave me a direct phone number to call or text with any questions. Thanks for all the help Carlos. You cleared up all of my questions about this process.

Carlos Diaz was very informative on how the online course is run. He was very patient with the me while I was sorting out some computer issues.

I have not received my books yet, but when I placed my order the company was up front about how long it would take to receive them. I scheduled a support call with Carlos Diaz. He was able to answer questions I have now about the prep and exam. He also gave me his direct contact info so I can contact him later with any additional questions.

Carlos is very helpful and easy to talk to

Excellent Customer Support from Brandi
I had ordered books from One Exam Prep, but unfortunately they did not arrive as expected. Brandi was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to look into the missing shipment, worked to locate the books, and promptly arranged for a replacement shipment to be sent out.
Her communication, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. Brandi went above and beyond to make sure the issue was addressed and that I was taken care of. She was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Brandi!

Carlos Diaz was very helpful. He kept it light but also insightful, give him a raise

Carlos was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions and I feel confident for my test and application process.

Carlos was great and went through everything I ask of him I feel like I made the right choice on going with them to help me with my test exam. Thank you Carlos

Ordered my text book online, seemed to be running a little behind schedule on delivery so I reached out over the phone, no one was available when I called but my information was taken down to be contacted as soon as possible, I was promptly emailed by Brandi H who was very helpful and polite. My package arrived later that day and most impressively the book had to be ordered from Amazon marketplace to get the order fulfilled, it still had the receipt inside and I could see that the company took a loss just to ensure I received what I ordered. They could have just as easily cancelled my order and told me it was out of stock, I’m impressed.

Carlos is an excellent communicator and promptly followed up any and all questions

Carlos Diaz made me feel really comfortable about moving forward with this company. I was slightly hesitant spending the amount of money it takes for getting this license, but Carlos calmed all my fears and was happy to walk me through exactly what to expect as I move forward. Very pleased with the interaction!
