I was not only impressed with the TV programme and the reviews of this organisation, I decided it was the place for me, even though it entailed a 450 mile journey.
Below is a timeline:

November 2022 - I requested a Newsletter. No response.
January 19th 2023 - A reply from the enquiries specialist requesting photos of my condition. Still no response for a Newsletter.
January 19th - Same day. Photos sent.
January 20th - Email from enquiries specialist informing me my condition will be forwarded to a colleague for recommendation.
January 24th - Email from Enquiries Specialist. She is awaiting on information from her colleague.

The wait continues.....

The clinical excellence of Nurse Jo is hard to overstate.She takes meticulous care and is extremely skilled. I've now had Profhilo and botox on 2 occasions and both times the results were great. She has a light touch so the effect is just what I'd hoped for - balanced, subtle and enhancing. She is very attentive to hearing what result I was looking for and the treatment felt entirely bespoke.
The clinic itself runs in a friendly and well-organised way which makes for an overall excellent experience.

I had a hydrafacial as part of this clinics NEO service and it was amazing, just what my skin needed after being a little lax on the skincare routine over Christmas. Would highly recommend this facial, you'll be glowing for days afterwards!

Had a great appointment with Jo for Botox, really impressive knowledge and felt very relaxed and comfortable in her expert hands. Delighted with the outcome and will be returning.

Jo Neagu at 152 Harley is wonderful! I had a Botox treatment and it was gentle and exactly what I asked for: natural looking and softened all the lines. Jo’s manner is lovely and she has a discerning and magic touch. Highly recommend her!

Great service and surprisingly a great price. Also didn’t realise all their doctors and nurses are specialist in their field but it shows. If your thinking of having anything tweaked go for it I can’t recommend this place enough 5 stars.

Great experience with the clinic, the front of house staff were friendly and welcoming putting me at ease straight away. The clinic itself has great tea/coffee facilities which is a nice touch when waiting for your appointment.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Mr Ezra’s clinic; I felt supported throughout my journey. All the staff at 152 Harley Street, including Mr Ezra, are exceptionally professional and competent. Trish (the young nurse) put me at ease on the day of the surgery, and she's a credit to herself and 152 Harley Street. Overall I would recommend their services to anyone interested, and I’m glad I chose Mr Ezra’s clinic for my treatment.

The expertise of my doctor have been unparalleled and I greatly appreciate that all of my queries have been answered.

Oh my goodness me what a wonderful experience! Not painful at all like a lovely sleep. Woke to food and drink! Love the results, SO happy

Firstly there were many correspondences between myself and the surgeons receptionist, having to deal with Harley Street and the surgeons receptionist makes things harder to arrange. one port of call would have been better to reduce many emails. There then became another issue with payment as there were two invoices to pay, Harley Street and the Surgeons. Surgeon's receptionist offered appointments but within 24 hours I was told that this appointment was no longer available, however I had to contact my company to book the day off, I contacted the surgeon's receptionist the very next day to confirm I have the day off only to be told that the appointment was no longer available (consultation appointment and operation dates) making it very hard to arrange appointment dates. Surely these days should either be available for at least 24 hours and/or tell patients that these dates are only available for x amount of time, this was frustrating as on a few occasions I then had to go back to my company to cancel my day off and reschedule a new day off. The day before the operation the surgeon's receptionist contacted me stating that my company had not paid the invoice, however I had already spoken to someone (later found out it was someone from Harley Street) about the invoice and confirmed that the invoice had been paid and that there was nothing else for me to do, however that was only for Harley Street's invoice (again having two different invoices makes things harder), so though I thought everything was sorted it wasn't, however the invoice for the surgeon had been paid but her receptionist couldn't find it, so I had to make many calls to my company to sort this out, finally the receptionist found the invoice and that it had been paid. The Harley Street location and facilities were good and the operation went well, the surgeon and the two nurses were awesome and very caring and professional looking after me all day, I was a bit disappointed with the after care, as I had to organise my return visit for my stitches to be taken out, but I think this was just someone had forgotten to arrange this, I phoned the surgeon's receptionist and she said that Harley Street should have organised this and contacted Harley Street's receptionist for me and the date was booked. Finally again the two nurses at Harley Street who removed my stitches were awesome and very caring, however one nurse said that I need to contact the surgeon's receptionist as I asked about my skin results and she told me contact the surgeon's receptionist to get my skin results (as the surgeon had some concerns) and to book a check up appointment, but I felt that the surgeon's receptionists reply was quite blunt telling me that the surgeon would contact me with the results and that I didn't need a check up appointment, this reply I felt was blunt, to the point and uncaring. rightly or wrongly this felt like the surgeon's receptionist was either busy or annoyed either by myself or the nurse's comments, this is how I felt but of course I could be wrong. So now I feel that I'm left to get on with it, it would have been nice to have a check up in a few months time to see if everything is healing as it should be and options if it is not i.e. Plastic surgery.

Easy to find with comfortable facilities.

I found everyone very helpful at 152 Harley Street. My treatment went very well and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely recommend the clinic and would not hesitate to return for further treatment.

Having just undergone an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with direct brow lift procedure with Mr Daniel Ezra and his very professional team, I am extremely grateful for the smooth procedure, kindness and support throughout the whole experience.

Karen (Mr Ezra's Secretary) was very helpful indeed in explaining everything and ensuring that the whole procedure was carried out efficiently and as quickly as possible.

For someone considering a similar procedure that I had, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ezra and his team - thank you very much!

L B - Day of surgery 28/07/21
I am of British Black Origin so it was very important to me to carry out an in-depth research for a qualified Oculoplastic Surgeon for Blepharoplasty which took me two years. I was now getting loose skin on both my eyelids the left eyelid was worse and really depressing me.
I chose Mr Ezra through looking at his catalogue of work over the years he as carried out (pictures of before and after eyelid surgery) and the positive reviews. The bonus for me was he is also a Consultant Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon at the renowned Moorefield Eye Hospital l knew l had made a excellent choice after reading the words 'Acclaimed Oculoplastic Surgeon' and 'Super-specialist Blepharoplasty'. So my expectations were very high!
My first and second consultation with Mr Ezra he listened carefully to my concerns which was the risks; the healing process of our skin colouring eg the darkness of the scarring or even keloids Mr Ezra offered viable solution and explained the procedure thoroughly. He is very personable his energy warm and welcoming honest and straight to the point when answering my questions.
I am thrilled with the results even better than l had hoped for equally impressed with the level of care compassion and professionalism of everyone (staff and nurses) who l encountered at my consultation and on the day of my surgery so l am thanking you all once again.
I had very little discomfort/pain during my recovery and no visible scarring a true testimony to the skills of Mr Ezra.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr Ezra in a heartbeat!
