great bit of kit TV and DVD from Toshiba for £104 you cannot beat it got it for caravan plugged in in middle of know were bang, up and running in 2 minutes well pleased

These guys a a great way to save money. I ordered a TV which arrived exactly as I ordered, but when I unpacked it, I realised that it couldn't be wall mounted. My fault for not checking first. However, 123AV offer a full money back returns service, so i just emailed them and got a full refund, including delivery charges. Courier came and collected the TV. No questions asked, no hassle. I then ordered a different TV which was just right. Both TVs were grade A goods as shown on their descriptions, but the only way you could tell was they weren't in the original boxes. You really can't tell the TVs themselves aren't brand new, they are in perfect condition. Both TVs took 2 days to arrive from the order date. Only suggestion to improve the customer service is they should send an email to notify which day the TV is expected to arrive.

Goods arrived before expected, courier informed me of the delivery date so I could ensure someone was in. Goods in excellent condition. Couldn't ask for a better service, thank you.

Item was the cheapest around and delivered even quicker than stated when ordered.

I was a bit concerned after I placed the order as, when I read the finer print, I realised that "Grade A" didn't mean "New" - I'd always understood that refurbished stock was "Grade 2" or "Grade B", so be aware of what you're buying. Having said that, the TV set arrived in quick time and works fine - just a few surface scratches, but nothing obvious. When I ordered it, I had requested that, if we were not in, it should be delivered to our next door neighbour, who is elderly and rarely goes out, but who would be capable of signing for it. The day before it arrived, I received an email from 123av saying that they could only deliver to the address on the credit card, but I did not receive any communication about when, or even which day it would be delivered. When I called to query the email I had received, they were very helpful and told me it had been despatched the day before and was due for delivery that same day, which it did, so all was well, but if I hadn't rung them I may well have been out. Probably a good idea to give them a call a day or two after you order to check delivery time. However, all said, I'd use 123av again.

The entire process from start to finish was a good experience!

So ordered the TV (LG 42LM3400) on a Tuesday night and was delivered on the Thursday morning.

The Pros:
1) The price - £150 - £200 cheaper than anywhere else
2) The TV itself - lovely 2D and 3D picture
3) No fuss/hassle, fast delivery

The Cons:
1) No 3D glasses included - again, this is stated on the website so I was aware this might happen. I got a couple of pairs from Poundland (£1 each!) and they work fine.

On the whole, 4/5 for the TV and 5/5 for the company 123AV.co.uk. My only concern is how long it will last but you would get that buying a TV from brand new anywhere unless you take out an extended warranty.

At this point, I would recommend 123AV.co.uk to anyone. Overall very impressed.

TV arrived in N. Ireland inside three working days, that's good service. I had some reservations initally about wether the TV was genuinely LED but after checking with 123AV and the manufacturers it seems it is, the picture is certainly excellent quality. The TV was a good price as Argos had them on special offer at £399 but they quickly sold out, this one was £359 plus £25 postage, the same TV is £479 with Tesco. I don't think it was brand new though as the stand was attached but it all works fine(no sign of any damage or scratches) and the 1 year warranty is intact.

Great service, product in excellent condition. Not in original packaging but all instructions, paperwork and remote brand new.

Great value all works great, delivered promptly, the website could make it clearer that some products are seconds but as long as it works and ain't scratched a Dinnae give a feck, warranty seems to check out too. All in all pretty darn good

Excellent price, delivery and service!

Received TV when advised and with text to confirm. Everything included as advertised just assembled on stand, plugged in and re-tuned. Good saving on 'new' price would use / recommend this company again.
