Ordered a pair of Ecco boots which were at a very competitive price, arrived promptly, lovely quality, lovely boots unfortunately they were just not right for me.
I returned boots in the new packing bag enclosed, printed label and took to post office, as soon as they were received at 121, 2 days later my refund was issued. Great service 10/10.

First time I have purchased from 121 Shoes. I was kept informed pre-dispatch about the progress of my order and received confirmation once that was completed. Speedy delivery. Item well packaged. Will happily check out 121 Shoes again for future purchases.

I had found some shoes but decided to revisit it website later to proceed with making the purchase. Whilst I had left things in my 'basket' I had recieved an email from 121shoes with a discount code for 15% off. I didn't notice this email until after I had made the purchase.

I contacted 121shoes to ask if they would honor the discount code or alternativey, I would send the shoes back so that I could buy them again but with the discount code. They responded stating they had given me a 10% refund. This is not honoring the discount code I had and felt like it was to sent to shut me up.

Whilst I'm partially grateful for the partial discount, it demonstrates a lack of integrity which is disappointing.
