Ive used Bluestreak Crystal and the experience was great. I ordered last month some Crystals, Serenite ones specifically which I hadn't tried before and I really liked them. The shipping arrived perfectly on time. The only bad thing to say is that the shipping costs are extremely high, taking into account that I had to pay extra 20 pound of tariffs.

We truly appreciate your input regarding the shipping costs and tariffs. We recently introduced shipping via DPD Direct which is more affordable than DHL Express, and shipping to Spain and Europe now starts from 9.99 Euros, which we think is pretty good!
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to reduce the costs related to tariffs, these are implemented by your local government on imports from the UK. However, if you are purchasing frequently or in bulk you can always apply for trade discount via our website, which would help offset some of the additional charges.
