I was assigned a dedicated agent early on, and they’ve consistently checked in to make sure I’m settled and confident with the platform. What stood out most was how proactive they were during the recent CME outage - I received a call explaining the issue before I even reached out. It’s reassuring to trade with a broker that communicates this well.
