Helemaal super!

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst afgelopen zaterdag, 1 februari 2025. Helaas bleek er 1 product niet op voorraad te zijn. Ik kreeg heel netjes een mailtje vanuit hun dat mijn product niet op voorraad was, en of ik wilde wachten of een aanbevolen alternatief wilde overwegen. Ik besloot gewoon te wachten want ik wilde graag dat specifieke merk.
Kreeg ik maandag toch mijn bestelling al binnen! Suuuuper snel dus! Ik vind ze ontzettend klantvriendelijk en heel fijn dat ik zo goed op de hoogte gehouden werd en alsnog zo snel mijn hele bestelling binnen had! Super!! Ik raad deze winkel zeer zeker aan!

Really beautiful ring but lacks quality?

The ring I received is really beautiful. The design is unique and gorgeous. Overall all the jewelry that Jeulia has to offer are one of a kind and I thing that lets them stand out. BUT, when I started to wear my ring, the first day a stone already fell off. I didn't do anything with it, it just came off. The stones seems to be not very titghly installed so I am a bit worried/scared that more stones will come off soon... That was a very big disappointment because I was waiting so long for my ring and then when it was finally here the stones came off...
