Do not order from world retro chablais sport

Ordered a Southend shirt from world retro trading under chablais sport on 14th Feb 2024. Have never received this shirt the excuses so far have been Covid, change in factory location, shirt arrived in uk but supposedly with mark on it so they claim to have sent it back, should be arriving in the uk this weekend (this excuse was used several times) offered a free shirt for the messing about. Other people at Southend are having the same problem so the shrimpers trust at the club have been chasing again, Paul Jago the director has given excuse after excuse the latest one is cancelled due to person problems. God knows how much money they have made by ripping people off. Please do not risk ordering from this company!

Lovely to look at but I have blisters where the holes are cut out in the trainer

The trainers are lovely to look at and I love the fact they have the crystal inside. When I tried them on they seemed comfy at first but after a couple of hours I got blisters on the bottoms of both feet from where the hole is cut in the trainer where you can see the crystal. I did contact customer service but they said they couldn’t determine how I got the blisters. I provided photos. They 💯 came from where the trainers rubbed which is a shame because as I say they look lovely and I like the concept of the crystal inside.

Firstly, thank you so much for supporting the brand, it really means so much to us.

We are however really sorry to hear that you have experienced some discomfort which you believe to be due to the positioning of the star on the innersole. This could be caused by the feet becoming hot and sweaty and swelling therefore, causing the star on the innersole to rub against the sole of the foot. We would recommend wearing socks with your CTRNE’s and if you do opt to go sock-less, we recommend keeping this to shorter intervals.

Having spoken with the team, there is also the possibility that this is due to the specific shape of the foot. If you have a flatter foot with less of an arch, we recommend replacing the innersole with a industry standard one until the sneakers have been worn in slightly. We would recommend the innersoles as a very temporary solution and then as soon as the sneakers are worn in slightly more, you can of course change back to the original innersoles.

We really hope this helps however, please do reach out to info@ctrne.com if you require anymore assistance whatsoever and thank you for your feedback, it is incredibly helpful for the development of the brand.
