Honey staff slow and need to learn to read!
honey staff can't read a simple complaint! they are slow in responding and most times never respond at all. i have points missing and they keep telling me in the past another points programme is interfering but yet i am not with any other points programme I have videoed what i do and how i'm activating my points ot be tracked i've sent 100% proof in screen shots as well to proove what they say isn't true. Now i'm being ignored on more issues of missing points. very rude if you ask me and they don't see to bother reading your e-mails properly!

Freeads contradictory standards can sele buy can't
Freeads have contradictory standards, they stated in their rules that the time your selling must legal to sell in the UK, so I listed an item that is legal and you don't even need a licence to sell it, only to have it pulled down by freeads saying I can't list that item. Took 3 e-mails to get my message through to a manger only to be told, despite what UK law says. so what's the point in that, contradictory policies and standards if you ask me!
no genuine reason given to me as to why I can't sell it, just sounded plain mean like they can make anything up that you can't list when it's perfectly legal in the uk and I sent all the legal information on the item under uk law form the uk gov site!
So you can sell if it's legal but you can't sell if it''s legal is freeads motto!

goodtogo ticks all the box from medical to reaonsble group prices
Very hard to find companies that cover current non life threatening medical conditions, I think nearly everyone has some sort of condition, so why other insurance company's won't cover you yet still ask you for your medical history and current conditions even though they won't cover you is crazy. I saw goodtogo on TV & the value was amazing and they cover your current conditions.
Others were charging a fortune for having a previous minor operation in last 2 years that caused no issues afterwards.
I could not believe how good the price was either, as I was finding it difficult because my dad has medical history and were travelling together, many other insurance company's don't class a father & sibling in the same house as a couple, they class it as a group but give you prices for a group up to 8-10 people, in whihc the price was huge, because they base it on the max amount in group and if you have 10 people sharing the cost would work out cheaper than a single policy At least with goodtogo, they asked you how many people in the group which I think made a difference to the price.

freeads don't take time wasters seriously
In the past freeads have been ok but the lack of block a member button so they can't contact you has always made me feel unsafe whilst in the meantime you have to wait for them to remove the member.
Most selling platforms have a block a member button.
But lately i was having a strange member message me, I knew something was wrong when they had read my replies, as all messages are marked and double ticked green and it says "read" meaning the potential buyer has opened the message.
I got no replies for 4 days , now if your that keen on an item you wouldn't wait 4 days to reply! they stated they wanted the item, i replied back giving them benefit fof the doubt, but knew something was wrong. They then said on Friday they would pay Monday, by then i didn't reply back and reported it again for a second time to freeads, yet all freeds did was remove the messages which luckily I had saved a screen caps.
Then again Monday this person presumed i'd kept the item for her, I told her now holds and they asked for my paypal details to pay. So I thought maybe they might be legit after all.
gave my paypal details and no message, i then get a message following day that they can't afford it ,will I hold. i said no bye. reported again for third time to freeads to remove the member, but all they did again was delete the messages.
usually they have been pretty quick and removed member who exhibit behaviour like this, but not this time!
I sent in all my evidence and screen caps of previous conversation that was going on for nearly 2 weeks, it doesn't take 2 weeks to buy an item. i was being harassed and messed around because freeads weren't removing the profile and only deleting the messages in which this person can still keep messaging me, because they also don't have a blcok member button!
The most infuriating experience i've ever had on freeads becuase this time i wasn't being taken seriously with all my years of experience of knowing when somethig is wrong and fake,and are removing my listings from freeads!

Fantastic profressional service!
I recently booked our holiday to orlando florida with the nice lady at holidaycreations on behalf of just travel,in WEM town shropshire, with Marieta Poole, it was really nice to have a local travel agents in our small town and saved me the headache of booking on-line also the prices were much better from a smaller branch than the big corporations!
She was very professional and help full and gave me her full attention and even made me a nice cup of tea whilst we sorted everything out that I wanted for my Dad and I in a holiday. fully recommend and looking forward to our trip next year in 2026. :)

ebays new policy from 4th Feb 2025 seems dangerous
Ebays new policy change has upset not only me but many others. holding sellers funds till 2 days after delivery in which anything can happen to your item in their possession for 2 days. Also now the funds are being held seller shave no way of paying the couriers the postage costs and some items are very high value/heavy & large and much more expensive to post UK let alone abroad. Ebay have been very unhelpful yet again! and now they want buyers to pay for a protection they already have! how much more protection can buyers have when they already get away with so much even with sellers evidence that in a court of law would be valid and looked at, yet ebay don't look at it and side with the buyer every time!
they have superficially said that funds are only now released if tracking shows delivered, yet tracking often has glitches, yet the buyers sometimes leave feedback saying item delivered. though ebay say feedback is no enough to release funds it has to show tracking as delivered, to think that technology is full proof and working 100% 365 days a year is dangerous indeed!

delivery was excellent, though not easy contacting customer services or getting the right explanation. yu need a phone number because i find words on a screen harder to understand how or what is being said then if said verbally!

ok so far, policy on cancellations slightly confusing
this is my frist time with this company, can't really comment to much as had not had to deal with them yet apart from trying to clear up the confusing policy issue on the £50 fee for cancelling within the first 14 days or after 14 days, was hard to understand, so had to ask them a few times on this before I could understand it.

Always had good servcie from parcel2go as a customer of a few years. There was an issue recently of a coupon code not included in the promotional e-mail that should of been there to use. i got onto parcel2go and they sorted it within a few days,gave me my 10% off for the code that in error was left off the e-mail. they also gave me an additional £5 off a future order as well. so great thank you :)

shocking treatment for cusotmer who write physical paper letters!
There was a postal address on the back of the ordering form that comes with your brochure saying you can write to Avon here. As they had no visible e-mail address on their website, they only had an expensive phone number or contacting them via social media!
All i wanted to do was send them a letter of suggestion about their bubble bath range, sent a letter of post early February 2024.. but April had no response back so asked them on their facebook page. they responded back something quite shocking "that physical letters are not a priority at the moment". i couldn't believe since a letter costs 99p a seocnd class stamp! why should letter son paper be less important than one sent through a computer screen? I jstu couldn't believe the respons, i aksed again if my letter was received and showed them a photo of it with the address on the envelope. also complained they had no proper e-mail address visible in the contact us section and no message box on their website. they sent me a reply back saying this is our e-mail address, when I aksed them why that is not on the website they stated it was in the about section! how daft is that.
Anyway I e-mailed them, not only about the shocking response that apprantley I am not as important as somebody who e-mailed, but they stated something completely different as to why my letter was not responded on, in that they no longer accept complaints or removal forms as physical paper."
So that's two different response and the English grammar was terrible. Yet they have a postal address saying you can write to them!
Very shocking I was made to feel less of a customer and they never answered if they actually got my letter or not?

Biggest waste of space ever! Nectar can't be bothered to listen.!
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, they just don't listen to complaints!
Nectar have on-line partners who you can get points with, one of them is shop Disney uk or Disney store. for 6-7 years the points never went on with shop Disney and I complained over & over & over each time about it just to get my points added.
Then last year October 2023 they changed the policy from you will receive your points within 35 days to you will receive an e-mail to tell you when the points will go on. I make sure all the cookies are turned on as this is the criteria set and follow the instructions to qualify for points. I even videod it to prove it.
Each time when shopping through their partners shop Disney website and making a purchase I never got this so called e-mail I was supposed to get from shop Disney to let me know when my points will go on.
I complained to them about it October 2023 and after 1 month finally got my points added. It then happened again on several purchase since and i've sent about 38 complaints, via post that were not replied to. chat box, their facebook page, and by e-mail! i got one reply by e-mail saying that they have received my complaint and a case number.
I the heard nothing for weeks and had to mail again, eahc time i would only get a reply if I asked them on the case, and all they would say is i'ts being looked into!! Months later still nothing so had to go tot he ASa and trading standards which has done nothing as 8 months later the issue is still there, I never receive the e-mail fomr nectar after my purchase.
I've complained about it till i'm blue in the face and now i'm very angry with them, as I now have 3 lots of points from transaction from 28th December 2023 to 23rd February 2024, none of those points have gone on!
It's absolutely disgraceful and needs shutting down if you ask me.

Superb service with ease
I have been with Oak North bank for about 3 years now and never had a problem, I like that you can contact them via e-mail address and have an actual genuine uk telephone line, whihc I've only had to telephone once upon starting my account and the lady was very helpful. And plus fantastic interest rates as well. very happy with them. :)
