Thieves

phoned to cancel installation of broadband twice but charged me a full month anyway. this left me in the red in my account. when i told them i would recieve charges their response was "i'm sorry but there's nothing we can do". well i guess i can always stick that new router on ebay and recoup my money that way, when they ask for it back well i'm sorry, theres just nothing i can do, its gone

if you intend to make a profit they will close your account

As the title says they close accounts that are profitable. This company is super shady. If you dont heed this advice then all I can say is I tried.

Edit. As you can see they responded with
" rigorous internal reviews" well thats a lie. I only had one trade and i made a large sum in one trade and instantly they closed my acount after so that is a complete lie, and i do mean instantly. Thankfully they posted this lie for everyone to see

missed items but no refund a middle finger to customers

some of my order didnt arrive, no problem, i'll just request a refund.... No apparently not, they just said no without reason so i guess it doesnt matter if the customer loses money, why would they care? well for a business to continue to be successful they should, but by the looks of all these bad reviews it seems customers would be better placed using a competitor

fraudulent charges

cancelled subscription three months ago and today i got a charge, for nothing, no order placed. raised the issue with customer services who after my dispute was raised infromed me there was no ticket or rieference number that could be provided to reference the complaint i had raised (in order to chase my stolen money), I was repeatedly told that tickets take time to raise, despite being computer generated and instant. dont waste your time chasing them for your money, just report to your bank or better yet use another company

Avoid

Avoid, the young lad who came out to view my property had absolutely no interest, didnt even try to think of options, came out asked if id consider aluminium ladder and i said it wouldnt suit (I already have one, the whole point was to change) and he just left. read a few other reviews here that say similar, they don't like doing wooden ladders in older properties. I'm sure someone else will take my money.

no product or customer service

both the powders were not in this order, that is the bulk of my order. royal mail delivered me a shaker, 3 protein bars and a flavour pack for the cost of 54 euros. this is my first time using my protein and im so disappointed already, the website says customer service lines are open today 9 - 4, I called, they are not. I tried social media and no response. where is my order?

happy with bed

I saw a few negative reviews and i almost cancelled my order, glad i didnt. the bed is good quality and was easy to assemble, honestly i think its the best ive ever owned.

game is no longer worthy of your business

returned an item, never recieved refund. i sent it via recorded delivery and royal mail said they got it. never had problems before sports direct bought them over
