Phone came so quickly

Product i wanted wasn't available. Staff weren't friendly or helpful. This was my second time to this store and the staff ignored me and made be feel like I was a hindrance asking if a product was available. Store was empty yet I still had to wait to be served.

Always a great experience. There was a discount and an issue with the free gift. Customer service resolved this promptly. Great products as usual!

Love the products. Wear well and colour match is perfect, foundations glides on with brush and leaves a lovely deey finish. Website doesn't update properly so there was an issue with free samples. Small voucher for amount of sample was issued. Shame it wasn't off the current order.

Woodstown.This pharmacy has drastically gone downhill since Mc Cabes took over. My husband went in with a prescription (stuff available over the counter) he was told it won't be ready til tomorrow. He drove to another chemist and they took it off the shelf and handed it to him.
Last week they told me script would be ready at 1. At 3 I got a call to say product unavailable and to get back on to Dr.
Won't be using them again! Always such a long wait too!

Got a discount and order arrived only 2 days later. Great service.
