Awful communication

Awful communication. CPQ3LX-1 booking code: Friday 09/01/2026 we had booked 3 weeks in advance to be collected from Charles de Gaulle airport (flying out of Birmingham) at 10am. Thursday night, when Storm Goretti hit, while we were staying at Birmingham Airport Hotel, we were notified that our flights had been cancelled and new ones arranged for a later landing at CDG.
We immediately sent Taxi2Airport an update on email as well as on the WhatsApp Group chat they had created. We also tried calling and texting the driver, whose details we had been given, without success.
Numerous communications were sent without response, other than automated email saying the driver was on his way the next morning, and then later an email saying that this would be treated as a customer no-show and no reschedule or refund would be considered.
We are currently in the legal process of obtaining a refund, however this is more of a warning to the public to be very careful about paying in advance for this companies service, as you most likely will forfeit your payment if a flight is delayed.

We take our customers' experience very seriously.

We have reviewed the case and we would like to inform you we do not have the possibility of creating a WhatsApp Group chat and the only communication in our system is a message sent on January 13 through our Webform requesting the refund, where we replied informing that cancellations with less than 24 hours (even if communicated before the scheduled pick-up time) are not refundable as per our Terms and Conditions.

We are truly sorry to hear you were not able to enjoy our service, and we remain at your disposal for any other questions or feedback.
